1/6/23 After I submitted the 1st review, I was sent a second massage. I have used it for a few months now it is working great great company great service. Wonderful massage gun, handle is a little awkward to hold otherwise great. Really enjoyed the high stall out Force. After two months it started rattling. Underneath four rubber grommets were Phillips head screws. It was tricky to remove the back. There is one single set screw. Once removed quarter turn the back and it comes off. Once disassembled I saw the plastic mounting screw bracket had broken. See pictures. Have not been able to contact the seller yet.

I love this massage gun! I’ve purchased a LOT of massage devices and pain relief/recovery tools and gadgets (including two other percussion guns) over the years to help manage a connective tissue disorder with intense muscle spasms. Not all of my purchases have worked out. I'm happy to say the Sonic Pro is the real deal--and at a surprisingly low price. This kind of percussion is particularly helpful with my myofascial and muscle pains. Before discovering Lifepro, I had borrowed a friend's more expensive massage gun (she paid more than 3X the price for a competing brand.) I like everything about my Sonic Pro so much better!! It’s easier to hold onto with a non-slip grip handle. It comes in a compact storage case with an impressive selection of easily interchangeable heads, although I’ve settled on mostly two or three of my own favorites for targeted relief. And it’s the quietest massage gun I’ve tried, without sacrificing the power of more expensive models. The Sonic Pro is intense enough for my roommate’s thick “soccer muscles” and my own super spasms (My chiropractor jokes that I'm the "woman of steel!") but its lower settings are still effective for more tender areas. I like the wider range of 15 incremental settings--instead of just high/medium/low--and the digital timer function. Tip: besides adjusting power or pressure, changing the massage heads can alter perceived intensity. We took turns using it pretty regularly every day for five days before it needed to be recharged. The only thing I would probably change is the “beep” when you adjust the settings. I did a lot of research before choosing Lifepro. With so many competing products on the market, it’s really hard to tell them apart from just pictures. I've purchased several other health and wellness items from Lifepro and have been truly impressed with my products and the way Lifepro actively supports them. Right out of the box I could tell the Sonic Pro is another quality product, and it has exceeded my expectations so far.

I've had mine for about 10 months now. This is my third massage gun, as one was a cheap Chinese knockoff that died in six months and I got no response from the company for, the other started having issues right after the warranty period ended. I got this one because it is supposed to tolerate much more pressure (you can push harder without burning out the battery) which I seem to need because I go hard with this. It also has a lifetime warranty, so I figured if I'm going to try another was worth trying one that supposedly stood by its products. Mostly this is similar to other guns, but my family quickly noticed this was much quieter than the others we've used, and is smoother in its pulsing so just works easier. In short, I noticed the step up in quality that came with the price. Recently, the power adapter broke and started sparking inside and wouldn't charge. I reached out to costumer service and got a response (apologizing for the slow response due to volume) within two days, and after a few email exchanges was sent another one without any hassle. The charger even had a small skittles bag sent with it, I assume as a little "sorry for the inconvenience." So, I honestly expected a run around or to jump through hoops to get this fixed, possibly even that the gun was warrantied but not the charger, but they stood behind their product. I will buy from them again because of it, and definitely think that piece of mind is worth the extra cost (although, honestly, this gun was not that much more expensive than knockoffs).
