The media could not be loaded. What an awesome piece of equipment!! After using it for just 2 days for my joint moved better and without stiffness. I actually purchased it because the weight loss & detox center that I go to has it. They put their clients on it as part of the weight loss & detox program they have. So easy to use. I use it in front of my tv. It is so quiet that I dont need to turn my tv volume up at all!!! Now that I have it and read the box and the book their are a multitude of health benefits. This is a SOLID piece of equipment. Im looking forward to seeing more health and physical benefits as I continue to use it daily. The customer service is AWESOME!!! I actually received my sonic massager today and have it charging up now. I cant wait to use that too. I hope my video uploads so you can hear how quiet it is. I’ve lost a lot of weight over the last 2 years and now I’m working hard to tone up in addition to still losing weight. Where does a vibration exercise machine come in for me? Well, with 2 boys I have zero extra time and after doing research I decided to invest in one of these and boy am I glad I did. First things first, not only do I use it but my hubby and boys do too. My youngest child uses it on the lowest setting at short intervals to help him strengthen his core and in just a few uses we started noticing a difference in him. His OT was thrilled at the changes, so now it’s a daily thing for him to do. For me, I use it for toning and I can tell the difference already. I feel it work it’s way all through my body as the plate vibrates and I work my whole body on a single machine! My hubby had back issues and a physically demanding job and he uses it when he gets home. He’s been doing it for a few days and already noticed that his back doesn’t ache like it used too. Our oldest uses it for workouts to build his muscle and strength for sports...again with positive results. Having a single machine that 4 people with different needs can use depending on what they want to do is something I never thought we would find but we did in this vibration platform. The resistance bands that come with are a huge added bonus and will give your upper body the workout you want and need without having to do a bunch of extra work. It feels a little weird at first but once you get used to it then you start feeling the changes and see them too. I’m so glad that we made the investment in this machine and the fact that you get tips from trainers and it comes with a lifetime warranty is a definite plus in my book. This is my 2nd Life Pro plate. I love the first one (and it still runs strong if I want it to), but the 2nd motor adds another type of movement which I like for added intensity and for lymph support. This model is slightly larger than my previous one, but not by much. Both are great quality and have similar features, but obviously the hovert has additional settings. I like that I can adjust the time on this model up to 30 minutes, and each type of vibration can be adjusted individually as well. My family and I have used this model every day since we received it last month and are still loving it! Definitely recommend! ... show more

I just love this. I don’t have the best circulation and have the gene that makes me prone to blood clots. This machine is a lifesaver and very strong. I do squats on it for 10 minutes a day, then I sit on it for 10 minutes and lastly I sit in a chair & just put my feet on it. It helps bone density and the pelvic floor. I had never heard of one of these before I heard about it on a podcast about health & fitness. Great purchase & you can also watch videos on their portal on how to do exercises on it. If all you do is stand on it 10 minutes a day while you watch TV, you will get a ton of health benefits because it helps small muscles that you really cannot get to any other way. ... show more

If you've been on the fence about getting this, just buy it. Literally no risk - the company has full MBG and are very responsive to questions, etc. Within first week of use, I noticed improvement in sore and stiff muscles, circulation, and lymphatic drainage. Now I'm 3 weeks in and starting the built-in weight loss/fitness programs. I wish I had bought this 10 years ago. I sit at my desk 10 hours a day and I become very stiff and lethargic sitting so long. After buying the platform I feel so much more alert and am able to sometimes sit 12-14 hours a day and feel great.
