This would make a lovely heater for a guest room. The flames could add to the ambiance but can also be turned off while the heater runs for those who don't want the extra light. The media could not be loaded. This is a very nice heater. It heats up quickly and has a nice faux fire display. It is very quiet when running. It would be excellent to use on top of an entertainment center or bookshelf. I love that it came with a remote so it can be operated from the sofa. It seems well made and came very well packaged to keep it from getting damaged during shipping.

Not what I thought it would be. The heat come out of the top of the device, not the front. And even though it sits very low to the ground, the different direction of the heat vent makes a difference to me. The display is so artificial looking that I just won't use it. I am very disappointed with it. I was hoping to use it in my utility room which was an add on to the house years ago and has a floor vent but it could use some extra heat--I may try it in there anyway but I don't know...

I was looking for a fire feature, the heater was a bonus. The fire feature is very dim, not realistic as advertised. I will keep it as a heater, but disappointed. Guess I will search for another fire feature.

The media could not be loaded. Purchased this floor heater for spot heating for my daughter's studio as the weather's getting colder. Simple compact design. Fire lighting display can be turned on or off when in use. The directions were a little bit incomplete as to the two settings of H1 H2 but i'm assuming that's just high or low heat. Unit has a timer for unattended shut down, that goes from 1 to 12 hours. On high there's a decent flow of heat that comes off the top of the heater. I would recommend reading the two full pages of warnings let's speak about distance from the wall and distance from above etc. I would say this is reasonably priced for the quality.
