Can I take this mobility scooter on an airplane? Yes, but follow FAA rules. Two removable 288Wh batteries (24V 12Ah each). Each under 300Wh – air travel allowed. However, only ONE battery can be taken on board. Confirm with your airline before flying. It was a little tricky for me to put together, and so I called the number on the card, and was so surprised when 2 young girls called me back from China, and we FaceTime through it! Very simple! We took it to the car, and it was so very easy to fold it up, and so lightweight to lift into the car (I am 81 years old, 5' tall, and 120 lbs). We lifted one end 1st and set it on the bumper of the Prius- then lifted the other end, and slid it right in. I will send a video later. This is a very great product. It has everything that I will need. It would work for airplane travel. It weighs 42 pounds. You take the batteries on board with you, but scooter is stored in the hole and airlines cannot charge for that. It is a handicap item and Federal losses they have to do that I would recommend buying this. ... show more

Scooter is a Sturdy ride. 6mph is a nice quick pace. The automatic brakes and cruise control are super responsive. Back support and armrest help with sitting fatigue. I really want to like the product, but the customer support is very lacking. The scooter is lightweight and the 2nd battery is a great feature, but the tires lack the traction where we cannot drive it over the small doorway threshold out of our house. When trying, the tires just spin. We have had to buy mini ramps to make it accessible to get in and out of the house. The worst part is that the odometer doesn't work properly and record mileage. One may think that its a novelty feature, but it would be beneficial in determining about how many miles of driving you get out of each battery. I contacted the seller for support and was provided with the option of a replacement part or a $20 refund. Given that this scooter cost almost $600, it was a clear slap in the face. We opted to request the part only to be told shipping will take 20+ days to receive. Having surgery and being immobile being expected to switch out parts is unrealistic. The seller promises responses and solutions, but continues to fall short. Update- basket broke without any excessive weight. Customer Service continues to disappoint in not fixing the issues or honoring any offers/promises made. Repeated excuses and "reasons" why they can't respond. ... show more

This is the second scooter that I have owned. It's GREAT! Assembly was so easy, pretty much non-existent. Light enough that I can put in the trunk of my car without any help. The size is also perfect and fits in the trunk of my Sonata with room to spare. The fact that it folds down to one piece is an excellent feature. Every time I am out riding this scooter, I get stopped by someone wanting to know where I got it. Thanks LifeMagic for making such a wonderful product! ... show more

UPDATE: 04/13/2026 If I could I'd update to 4.5 stars, I would. After using several times on a recent trip, my only disappointments are: - I did receive the replacement rear basket referenced in the first review, that was good. But, it cannot remain mounted to the scooter when folding, making it inconvenient to use in my circumstance of needing to fold the unit several times in a day while changing locations. - battery distance was not quite as described. My unit came with 2 battery packs - 10.4 Ah and 23.4 Ah. The fully charged 10.4 Ah allowed me about 7 miles of mostly 4 mph riding, with an occasional 6 mph burst when needing to catch up (very limited headlight use and not having installed the undercarriage LED strip). If battery usage is linear - that would predict about 23-25 miles total range from the 2 battery packs. Not bad at all, but also not the 35 miles indicated in the advertising when I purchased. It is very nice to have the built in storage space to carry the 2nd battery in an out-of-the-way manner, which also makes for an easy swap when the installed battery quits, which came on suddenly (yes, the power indicator was showing low charge, but when it was out, it was out). Used the larger battery for about another 7 miles and the indicator was showing 3/5 bars - so I think my total estimate is close. Was a comfortable ride, easy enough to keep up with the group that was walking along at the 4 mph level. The 6 mph level was needed when I had to wait for other foot traffic to clear in order to catch up to my group. Handling is good, with only the occasional need to make a 3-point turn. I see that now it's the newer version of the scooter with slightly less combined battery size (i.e. less range), but with added arm rests and a lower price - so seems it would still be a good bang for the buck. I would buy again if I had the need. ORIGINAL REVIEW upon delivery: 4-Stars to start. Was well packaged & arrived a week earlier than first estimated. Came with both batteries partially charged allowing a quick test ride. Scooter has comfortable seat & backrest, maneuvers easily, pretty quick and tackled a 12 degree incline nicely. Only issue is the rear basket that came with the unit did not have the correct brackets for attaching to the seat frame. However, a note to the seller was immediately replied to and a replacement basket is on its way. Seems like a good bang for the buck with the 2 included battery packs, the incredibly easy folding and the initial feeling of quality. Will update the review after more times using to determine battery range and after receipt of the replacement basket. So far. so good. ... show more

I just got this yesterday (2 days early)! The unpacking of this took longer than the assembly - VERY well packaged!!! So simple and quick!! Look at the Video...my granddaughter (8) got the hang of this right away! Super quiet and smooth moving! I am very excited to now finally have freedom of getting around by myself and not having to worry about always relying on a cane. NOTICE: It DOES have a KEY!! I was very happy about that!!
