This machine is NOT user friendly at all. The instructions are terrible and I read through them more than 5 times. Then no where does it say you should Not use premixed alcohol beverages. You have to completely water it down. Would not recommend this machine.

Works great once you figure out how to use it. Came with NO instructions or recipes.

Used it about 4 times. Poured Mountain Dew Baja Blast straight in and 20 - 25 min later was sipping on slushies. Also used coconut lemonade, and straight mandarin juice with similar results. I ran the machine for aboutb2 hours refilling it with mandarin juice with excellent results. Only complaint is the button locatin makes it easy to push accidently to another selection, but if that's all I have to worry about thus far I ain't got no worries.

We made milkshakes and slushies. For some reason they come out frothy. Not the correct texture. I do love that the machine is quiet. I especially LOVE how easy it is to clean!

Does not work properly. Makes loud, terrible sounds. Haven't been able to get product support or replacement options. Leaks.....leaks.....leaks...

No manual or instructions to tell you what temp settings you should use. For one, person only use to the least amount of liquid. un sure of settings to use to get proper slushie consistency
