After taking the pills, my blood work read my testerone level as over 700. My true number is around 80-100, so it was a surprise to the lab and for me too. Once I discontinued with the pill, my number came down to the normal range.

I'm over 50 and active and honestly I just found this one to be beneficial over others that I tried. Whether it's this particular DHEA 7 or the blend of items I find it works for me. I do find that before I finish the bottle it starts to wane. But after a week or two of not taking it I get the same benefit starting back up again. So I'm thinking 30 days and a week off from now on or maybe every other day. I'm not going feed you a load and say I feel like a 20 year old OK? I just noticed marked improvement which helped and worked well being active and in turn made me feel better health wise.     • Caution, Caution, Caution! This supplement may be too strong for some!
This product is extremely potent! 7-Keto DHEA for some is a very powerful central nervous system stimulant. 10 - 15 mg of this might work in the morning; but I found by taking 100 mg it brought on various side effects to my central nervous system. The main side effect was insomnia. I did not discard this item; I feel that I will be able to open the capsule and use 5% to 8 % in my preworkout. I hope I never take 100 mg at one time again! Was unable to sleep all night long. The bottom line: I know everyone is different and some may find 100 mg fine; but use caution 100 mg may prove to be Much Too Strong! Be careful with this supplement; one of the side effects is insomnia! ... show more

I take one capsule daily in the morning and notice a definite positive effect on my mood and physical ability to do my exercise work-outs. The Keto "variant" has less negative side effects I have read/heard although I have not read/heard of any serious negative side effects anyway.
