I bought my first bottle in Costco. It tastes so good (mixed berries) and uses verisol collagen which is the easiest form of collagen to digest. The sweetness of it comes from monkfruit so i think it's healthier than regular sugar? So I haven't finished my first bottle but I have noticed my nails growing faster and they would break easily since I always used acrylics also my hair has been looking healthier. No weight loss with it though. The taste is fine, I mix the cap with a small glass of water. I will say i usually have high bp even with meds and I don't know if its coincidence or not but my bp has been super stable, more like on the lower side since taking this.
