I bought this chair because I started having back pain again while studying long hours for my CPA exam. After giving birth, I’ve had ongoing back issues and have tried physical therapy, a new mattress, and regular exercise. Those helped, but sitting for long periods brought the discomfort back. My husband suggested getting an ergonomic chair, and after reading many reviews and hearing good things from friends, we decided to try the Libernovo chair. It’s definitely expensive and hard to justify at first, but I’m really glad I gave it a try. It’s been a game changer. The back support is excellent and really supports my back well. I also love the recline feature and footrest. I can almost lie flat while still getting great support, which is perfect for listening to lectures while studying. Now my husband wants to order one for himself to replace his old chair.

Chair is comfortable and looks great, instructions were clear, decently sturdy and adjustments work really well. Sadly im a little underwhelmed, the arms move way too easily to the point where they almost dont stay, and for over a thousand dollars price i wish i would've just bought one used at half price, everythings already assembled and out of box 🫤

I love this chair, it’s the best I’ve ever had. Get it with the footrest. Absolutely get the two together, it makes the experience better. It’s so nice to lounge on and the back stretch (not really a massage but a nice back stretch) function is fantastic.

Comfort: Overall it’s a chair unlike any other you sat in before. It’s way more comfortable than most office chairs despite the hefty price tag. Headrest is SOLID, locks in place and don’t have to worry about it being flimsy. Quality: Would have been 5 stars if LiberNovo fixes the awful armrest that slide so easily. The right arm is great has some resistance but they OVER lubed the left arm where just tapping it the thang slides too much! Features: The massage button activates if you accidentally press it while sitting up. Wish they added a safety feature to prevent this (super annoying). When trying to move the chair arms outward (east to west) feels like you are going to break it but that’s just the build. Need to make that more smoother. Overall: If they fixed the armrest, back massage feature it would be best chair hands down. As of right now chair falls in $600-700 range as far as quality. Can’t recommend at its current price for the annoying things mentioned which happens way too often to ignore. Please LiberNovo fix this on the 2.0 version!!

This is an amazing chair; what it offers for comfort and customization for your body's needs is something I've never experienced. I had one of those expensive gaming chairs and thought it was great, but I just didn't realize how bad the support was. With what this can do and the stretching of the back once or twice a day, I don't know what I'm going to do without this chair. The quality is decent; it would probably be closer to $1500 if there were more metal. I think it's great value and feels like it will stand up. I don't think the lumbar mechanism is a gimmick; I think it sets this chair apart from others.

The best office chair I have ever used, including a couple of Herman Millers. The battery operated lumbar doesn’t really do anything for me but that’s because the starting position is perfect. The headrest allows me to easily see my monitor even when partially reclined. I was worried that the chair didn’t have a recline lock, but the multiple stop points work well enough that I don’t miss it. 100% would buy again.

Chair seat depth is small and not adjustable. Armrest slide around way too easily. Footrest very hard not comfortable very thin cushion your legs get numb quickly when using. Chair is not comfortable as people make it out to be. (Biggest selling point)During long sessions of work still find myself having stiffness in my back.Bought thinking I would be able to sit in longer be more productive that is not case. The electronics don't even use function. I'm 5'6" still found chair seat depth small. All in all it's not worth price or their discounted price. Now been trying to get refunded for chair for longest. Customter service non existent. Chair damaged when shipped. There is hole in bottom of chair near part where it reclines will lead to cracking on the bottom frame . No support on chair. Their customer support just AI.
