The best office chair I have ever used, including a couple of Herman Millers. The battery operated lumbar doesn’t really do anything for me but that’s because the starting position is perfect. The headrest allows me to easily see my monitor even when partially reclined. I was worried that the chair didn’t have a recline lock, but the multiple stop points work well enough that I don’t miss it. 100% would buy again.

This is an amazing chair; what it offers for comfort and customization for your body's needs is something I've never experienced. I had one of those expensive gaming chairs and thought it was great, but I just didn't realize how bad the support was. With what this can do and the stretching of the back once or twice a day, I don't know what I'm going to do without this chair. The quality is decent; it would probably be closer to $1500 if there were more metal. I think it's great value and feels like it will stand up. I don't think the lumbar mechanism is a gimmick; I think it sets this chair apart from others.

Too much hype for this chair, so I was convinced to try. But its not for me. The seat depth is shallow even at 48. The cushion is comfortable but the cloth itself seems like it will gather dust very easily. The back adjustment is good but only for specific types of spines, it was a bit too high for mine. If it is compatible with your back curvature, then it will be an ideal chair for you, it just wasn’t for me. Additionally, the return process was very smooth and seamless, customer service is professional.

So far so good. Putting the chair together was fairly easy but the instructions were slightly confusing. Could have just been me. But aside from that the chair seems to be really comfortable. I’ve only had it for a week so far and I’m still trying to get the perfect support levels dialed in but way better than the inexpensive gaming chair I had previously. I’m definitely looking forward to how it dispenses heat after a long sitting and working and gaming session go

I’ll start by saying this is one of the most comfortable chairs I’ve ever sat in. The cushioning, back support, and overall ergonomic design feel premium. It really supports your posture well, and you can tell a lot of thought went into the lumbar system and dynamic movement. For long desk sessions, it feels fantastic. The recline and support system are especially impressive. It adapts nicely when leaning back and keeps your lower back supported without feeling stiff or forced. If comfort alone were the only factor, this would easily be one of my favorite chairs. However, there’s one important thing to mention. This chair seems to have been designed primarily with an Asian audience in mind, and because of that, the seat itself runs small. I’m 5'11” and 240 pounds, and while the cushioning is very comfortable, the seat base feels narrower and shorter than I’d prefer. Even the “larger” size option doesn’t actually increase the seat dimensions — it only adds extra padding. That means you’re still working with the same seat frame size. For someone with a broader build, this may be something to seriously consider. It’s not uncomfortable in terms of padding — it’s extremely comfortable — but the physical seat space could feel limiting depending on your body type. Overall, this is a very well-designed and extremely comfortable ergonomic chair, but I would strongly recommend checking the seat dimensions carefully before purchasing, especially if you’re similar in size to me.

My wife has been working on the dining table. We wanted to make her work space more comfy, ergonomic, and also aesthetic pleasing (especially since I was using the spare bedroom and with a Herman Miller Aeron). We wanted to try to LiberNovo cause the space grey looked great and had read other reviews of how comfortable it was. And we were defintely not disappointed. It’s one of the most comfortable chairs we’ve ever sat in. I’ve been using this chair over my HM whenever she does go into the office. The lie flat massage mode feels amazing when I need a quick break. It’s so comfy we’ve even been moving it to the living room to watch TV in. The wheels are super smooth over our hardwood and rug. We just love this chair.
