Love the trampoline but the basketball hoop bar and connection broke after two week! I’m hoping the seller will contact me because there’s no way to contact them. It’s impossible to contact them considering their information is no where to be found. 🤷🏻♀️ Help LHX or Homata!! Update-7/16/25 Homata reached out to me and are sending new replacement parts to fix the broken hoop. Thanks !!! Update 8/1/25 Customer Service has been fabulous, They have sent all the replacement parts we needed, and extras as well. The basketball hoop pole has been replaced, however we decided to leave the hoop off as it’s not really sturdy for a bunch of rough pre teen boys.

I got the 14ft trampoline and it's a very durable product. My family loves it! Adults and kids are able to use it. Assembly was interesting but nonetheless got it together fairly quickly. The inner safety net is a plus. I did having missing parts but once I was able to get in touch, the parts were sent out asap! It is a fantastic addition to our home. Would recommend!

Frame bent, hardware rusted, everything of color has faded and dry rotted. Do not buy this trampoline. I attempted to return it less than a year after purchase, which the seller approved but I had to ship it back myself which was $289. By the time I got around to disassembling it, repackaging it, and getting it to a carrier a year had elapsed and they went back on their offer. Gross greed from the seller as it relates to a poorly manufactured product. Again, DO NOT purchase this.

So, this trampoline is awesome! However… the instructions are HORRIBLE! The instructions are incomplete, and not detailed. You complete one section only to find out that you had to do specific steps for the next section so then you had to redo your previous steps! I’m updating my current review to apologize for incorrect information. We received our sprinklers and lights today for the trampoline. Amazon had sent us an email that we missed stating they were coming separately. Again, we love the trampoline so far… but other than that we have to give it one star for all the trouble!

2/25 update: our poles bent again and I contacted the seller to see about buying new poles as I know this is out of the warranty. The seller called me the same day and is sending me new poles at no charge. I wish the poles were constructed better, however I am very satisfied with the customer service provided by the seller!! We bought this trampoline in May and my kids love it! Not only did it come with string lights but it has a sprinkler on it too. One of the top poles recently bent and I contacted customer service to see how to purchase a new one. Within hours of my inquiry, I was called and a new pole is being sent at no cost to me. This is amazing service in my eyes! Now my kids will Be able to enjoy their trampoline again and we can feel safe about their enclosure!
