Very impressed with this trampoline. It was fairly easy to put together though I made a mistake or two that I had to walk back but it is designed in such a way that the mistakes became obvious. We are happy with the size and the amount of bounce it gives. Our kids are very happy with the purchase. I would definitely recommend. Kind of a pain in the butt to put together but really anything with that many pieces is. It is super heavy and the frame is much more heavy duty than our propel that we replaced. We got this trampoline for our children who begged for one for Christmas. Living in southwest Florida, we wanted to make sure we were purchasing a good quality, durable, well built product that would withstand the weather. Jumpking surpassed expectations. The 10x16ft trampoline we purchased checks all of those boxes and was easy to assemble. We are completely satisfied and so are our kids who now spend as much time as possible jumping on it. The customer service is also top notch! There was a box up with ups delivering all of the boxes required for assembly and within a day of contacting Jumpking they had located the missing box and had it delivered. Lets be honest, I bought this trampoline just as much for me as I did my kids. It is a very sturdy build and can hold an adult easy. I am about 200 pounds. It has a great bounce! I just got this, but it seems like it is built to last a long time. What makes this better, is the customer service. I thought that I wasn't shipped a few parts... I was wrong, I had all the parts, but the team was right on it and had shipped the parts a few hours later even though I was the one that messed up. Originally the trampoline was shipped the same day as I purchased it, which is great! Arrived just a few days later. Great buy, definitely worth it! ... show more

We haven’t yet assembled the trampoline. I just wanted to say that the order came in record time. Also communication of the delivery process was immediate. Very impressed so far. I’ll be back to let you know more. I’m back. We assembled the trampoline in a little over 3 hours with 3 people. All of the pieces seem to be made really well. The quality of this trampoline is so much better than the average, less expensive ones. More bounce. I expect this trampoline will last for a very long time. This Jump King . The King of easy setup. I have set up 3 thus far. My daughter was 2 on her 1st one. This is her (13) and brother's (11) 3rd one. The instructions and instruction video are available. I have to admit I did pick up a thing or two on the video. Yes , I jumped in! Have fun!

    • You'll hit the cross bars underneath!
I was super excited to setup this trampoline for my kids and, let's be real, for me, too. I grew up with round trampolines and bought round trampolines for my kids. It came time to buy another and we decided to go with this rectangular one. The springs are long and provide a fantastic bounce. But, I hit the supporting cross bars when I bounce. I am 194 pounds well under the weight limit. Let me tell you, it hurts when you hit those bars. When I setup the trampoline, I thought the height clearance from the matt to the supporting cross bars was short but I was too excited to let it bother me. Unfortunately, it gave a BIG hurt (I first hit it when landing bottom first) and it is a BIG problem. I'm unable to jump with full power. I can jump lightly and not hit the bars. I can even jump with my kids and not hit them... provided I jump lightly. If I try to jump high I'll hit the bars every time. Such a let down. The springs are great, the matt is great, the sturdiness is great, and it was easy to setup! But, not being able to jump as hard and high as I'd like to is horrible and dangerous. Only giving one star because that is a tragic safety issue. Weight limit should probably be 175 pounds or less. Maybe a better design would be to figure out a way to remove the supporting crossbars or increase the clearance. I'd be ecstatic if the vendor would reach out to me to discuss. ... show more

The trampoline is our second one, and it’s extremely well made compared to our last one. It took a few hours to put together, but it was worth the effort. My kids and the neighborhood kids are loving it! The bounce is so much stronger than our last trampoline, and the net that goes around it is very secure.
