  • Product and Customer Service is BEST IN CLASS!!
We purchased a 12 foot trampoline with the enclosure net and basketball hoop add-on last year and have been very pleased with it. The assembly was relatively easy with 2 people. You'll need someone with a little strength to help attach the springs but other than that, it was assembled in about 1-2 hours. Our 8 year old daughter and 12 year old son really enjoy jumping on the trampoline - and let me tell you - we really enjoy watching them because they sleep better at night! Last week, my daughter slipped and fell into the net causing one of the net support bars to snap and the safety net to rip. She was unharmed as the safety net served it's purpose! Despite the incident, the trampoline is very sturdy. We feel this was likely circumstantial to our situation rather than poor quality of the product. This afternoon, we emailed Skywalker to inquire about our warranty for replacing the enclosure net and connected support bar. Our Customer Service Representative was fantastic. Not only did she respond within 15 minutes, she explained that the bar would be replaced but the enclosure net was out of warranty. However, she then offered to move forward and replace the net as a one-time courtesy. Furthermore, she had already ordered the parts and said they'd be shipped from their warehouse today and at that time she'd email me with the tracking information. In Summary... 4 * * * * easy to assemble, high quality product, neighbors wished they would have bought the one we have - Skywalker 5 * * * * * Fun - kids love it and use the basketball net 5 * * * * * Fair pricing. We highly recommend investing in the enclosure net. 5 * * * * * AMAZING customer service! Absolutely TOP NOTCH! It's always easy to give negative feedback but all too often, many customers do not share their positive feedback. As a result, we will absolutely consider shopping with Skywalker again and we highly recommend their product and business model, which is best in class. ... show more

  • Well done, simple concept and easy to put together Well done, simple concept and easy to put together
Color: Blue Style: 12 Foot Pattern Name: Trampoline
Easy to assemble even though is not coming with instructions. You may want to look on YouTube on how to assemble it, Skywalker is having videos. Use your logic, lay down on the ground all the pieces and start building the trampoline from the legs. Also make sure that all connectors of the round frame are with the pole holes toward outside the circle And the screw holes towards inside. Then alternate the connectors, a T one for the poles with a simple one. We had to take apart the round frame when we realized that the poles will not be evenly distributed around the frame. As for the mat and the springs, we started putting the springs in opposite sides, that way the tension is evenly distributed. Do not start in one side and go around ! You will not be able to attach the other half of the mat. The net is attached in the same time with the mat : a ring of the mat goes through a hole of the net's edge, and only then you put the spring. The poles are the last ones, and you should also start with two poles on opposite sides and then go around. And the net should be with the warning label outwards. Other than that, pretty sturdy and lot of fun. The trampoline is Not coming with a ladder, so make sure you buy one, because the trampoline is raised from the ground with about 2.5 feet - smaller or not so tall kids will not be able to get inside. Good size for a regular backyard. I put it together with my older son in less than two hours. One year later review : The trampoline survived wonderful a whole summer of jumping ( pretty much all the neighboring kids). We also took a garden sprinkler spike and oriented the water flow on the trampoline - good idea if you don't feel like taking them to the pool. On top of that, the trampoline was outside all winter long, with no visible damages, except for a slight discoloration of the blue plastic ring . Of course, our winters in Georgia are nothing compared with the ones up North. So I would say - go for it ! It's a good buy. ... show more

  • 3 years in with 4 kids under 6 yrs old! Amazing quality
Color: Blue Style: 8 Foot Pattern Name: Trampoline
8 footer Amazing item: has withheld many windstorms, 4 kids 6 years and under all jumping at once almost daily, no broken poles, no noticeable rust. Very impressed with its longevity and worth the money!!! The cons: top cover that goes around the springs has worn out quickly right under zipper where kids crawl in and out. Recommend an extra cover for more durability for high traffic. Other than that I highly recommend!! ... show more

  • Missed that last star by one crappily made basketball hoop
Color: Blue Style: 8 Foot Pattern Name: Trampoline
This was very easy to build and has stood up to my two kids (7 and 4) and the neighbor's kids (9 and 7) almost constant use since I built it. Assembly took about half an hour. Hopefully it will stand up to the elements over the winter, but for this first season it has been a success. The only complaint I have is that while the basketball hoop is a nice idea, its implementation is more or less useless. The hoop itself is attached to the backboard with velcro, which is a good idea considering that a bunch of kids are going to be pulling on it while jumping on a trampoline. Unfortunately the way to suspend the entire backboard/hoop is literally by tying it to a rope, then tying either end of the rope to the tops of two net support poles. The image in the description is not accurate as shows the hoop/backboard attached directly to the top of the netting. This is not a good idea, it is a good way to tear your netting down. The instructions show clearly to attach the backboard to the rope and to tie the rope independently of the netting to the net support poles. Basically, it lasted less than a minute. A tip to make assembly faster and easier: The instructions state to build the frame with the legs, then attach the trampoline surface with the springs while the rim is suspended a few feet off the ground. I found it much easier and faster to assemble the rim without the legs and leave it on the ground. I then attached the trampoline surface while the rim was still on the ground. I found it much easier to have leverage while stretching the springs since I could put a foot on the rim and lean back. After that, attaching the legs was easy, as well as assembly and installment of the safety net. Overall it is a relatively cheap trampoline, perfect for my kids and their friends. Please beware that the instructions state that it is safe for only one person at a time. I've seen it handle all four children previously mentioned without any difficulty. If you're nervous about kids bumping heads while jumping on a trampoline, you probably shouldn't be buying them a trampoline. ... show more

  • Best Kid entertainment and energy absorber! Use responsibly...
Color: Blue Style: 8 Foot Pattern Name: Trampoline
Size 8' wide and about 88' tall! Wow! We got it for indoors and it is huge! Weight capacity says 175 lb but with me (about 140), my 5 yr old and 3 yr old (about 70 lb between them), it seemed fine. (Though continued use like that may wear it out) The poles are just a few inches from ceiling, but when I jump, my husband said at my highest point, my head was about 6" from ceiling! I am 5'6. At 5'11, he said he wasnt gonna chance it lol. Construction Pay careful attention to instructions. E.g. The slits in the protector foam loop should correspond with the square connector parts - where poles will be inserted (seems obvious now, but one mistake in positioning and you have a LOT of backtracking!) As my husband says, "We do it right because we do it twice!" Lol. Quality/price Great fun, big smiles/shrieks and seems well made. Got it for $139 in Amazon lightning sale but at $159 (current price) - its still a deal! We had a smaller one (diff brand but also sturdy) which was almost the same price - maybe $125 in "deals" which lasted 4.5 years - broke mostly because older child kept climbing on net and ended up with broken pole. We used it everyday. Safety (at your own risk) I def got scared when my 2 kids jumped together on our 6ft tramp. This feels a little safer due to more room - but keep in mind that trampolines ARE dangerous - (instructions tell you the dos and donts e.g. Dont bounce while under the influence of drugs or alcohol lol, but also no flips/somosaults for risk of head/neck injuries) I do let my two kids jump together - but I do it with caution and always watch over them, making sure they keep to their own sides. If one doesnt listen, they are OUT. Even though this is big, I still wouldnt let two 5 year old two friends jump together unless I was certain they would both be responsible - and would still watch them carefully. Its just not worth the risk for me. Uses: Trampolines are not only for jumping, But also for imaginative play - ours have been cages (kids pretend to be dogs at pet store), jail cells, forts, beds, a place to dump every stuffed animal and pillow and has stayed that way for days as they play in it - forgetting it was ever a trampoline. Conclusion: One of the best "toys" to own - if used responsibly. The dangers do make me nervous - thats the only down side. ... show more

  • Nice for the Price Nice for the Price
The trampoline shows up in one fairly heavy box, I helped the UPS guy unload it then I dragged it into my garage, so it isn’t too bad. I’m fairly handy, 5’9”(maybe matters?) and assembly was extremely straightforward. I watched their 6 minute or so youtube video to prep and followed along with the instructions in the box pretty easy from there on out. I did it entirely myself, and the most awkward part was sliding the jumping mat frame/leg pieces into each other, but once you get two connected they stay fairly stable. What I’m getting at is you really don’t need help like the instructions insist, so don’t be worried about that. The only part that didn’t line up with their youtube video is the safety net was not attached to the jumping mat, but again, this was easy following the instructions. If you follow the instructed spring install pattern none of them are overly obnoxious to stretch. I did have to level the ground a little bit, as it was an awkward corner of my yard to cover up some weird concrete/rock/plant feature the previous homeowner had. I just dug little trenches for the legs that needed it, leveled it by eye from both angles, then used a 6 foot level sitting on a 12 foot piece of lumber I had laying around. I did install 2 ground anchors on each leg, which I had to purchase seperately. The complete install from start to finish took about 5 hours split between two weekday evenings. The end result seems to be a well designed product. The legs do sometimes move side to side a bit depending on where you are jumping on it, but I’m not sure I’ve ever jumped on a sub $1000 trampoline that doesn’t do this. The basketball hoop and ball are cheap little pieces, but to be honest are just fine for my 7 year old and I to mess around. The color I bought had little price difference between the one that came with it and the one that didn’t so it’s a nice little addition. Overall, very happy for spending only $300. ... show more

  • Great for smaller kids, but can definitely handle big kids too!
Color: Blue Style: 8 Foot Pattern Name: Trampoline
We bought this about a month ago for our 3 year old. He's 37 inches tall, and not very coordinated, but he can climb in and out of this trampoline with no issues. He would spend all day everyday in it if he could. He weighs about 35 pounds, and doesn't get a lot of lift from his bouncing, but it's more than enough to make him happy. The weight limit on this is rated at 175 pounds, but my husband (who is a bit over that) gets in with our toddler and jumps away. We haven't broken it yet, so it can withstand a bit more that it says.. although I'm sure that it isn't recommended. My toddler was running around with my 9 month old crawling off with the pieces, and I still put this trampoline together by myself in about 2 1/2 hours. I'm sure it would have been faster without the kiddos, so if you're wanting this for your kids, you'll probably want to set aside a whole afternoon for assembly. I also didn't use the cute little tool it came with for stretching the springs. Not wanting to spend any extra cash when we own every tool ever.. I found the best stretcher to be the hook that came with our turkey fryer. Honestly any long sturdy hook will do it. The longer the hook, they easier it'll be to stretch the springs. I have to add, one of my favorite parts about this trampoline is that the net goes on the inside of springs, so should my son get too close to the edge of the netting, he doesn't land on the springs. Even if he did manage to stretch the enclosure out, it's still padded enough that I don't think he can hurt himself. I love this trampoline, and I can bet we'll be buying a bigger one when my sons outgrow this - But we have a couple years (at least) before we need to worry about that! Update! It's now almost a year later, and it's held up beautifully. A wind storm picked it up a few months ago and threw it into a nearby tree, where we found it (upside down) the next morning. It was still in perfect condition. We flipped it over and checked it, and not one flaw! ... show more

  • Loved by kids and adults alike.
Color: Blue Style: 8 Foot Pattern Name: Trampoline
This trampoline had my grandchildren on the edge of excitement from the day that they learned I purchased it until two days after delivery when I set it up and they got to use it. They love it. They are 3, 6 and 8 and even their mother loved to jump in it. There is plenty of room, although we had to limit the occupants to two at a time because they would start to fall onto each other. Really, one at a time is best but they are kids and enjoy playing with each other. Because we have an inground pool in our back yard, I only had room for an 8 foot trampoline on the side of the house. They spent the first Sunday bouncing in it much of the day and the protective screen really does keep them safe and in the trampoline. Putting it together was fairly easy but as with most manuals, the specific details are sparse and it's easy to put something together wrong. The diagrams are poor and the manual was written by people who may enjoy knowing that they are perplexing us with their instructions. Luckily, customer service came to my rescue twice. I called the 800 number, and after a minute wait, was on the phone with a representative who not only immediately understood my question, but warned me against making a future mistake that is commonly made. They were great. Probably the best customer service I have ever experienced. I plan on keeping the trampoline outside until I have to replace it or the kids are all grown up, whichever comes first. Hopefully, we will get a few years use out of it before the cold New York winters take a toll on the trampoline. ... show more
