This has been a fantastic purchase for us since we got it for Christmas of '24. The assembly was easy and straightforward—I managed it at night on Christmas Eve by myself. It is well made and has great safety features. It does have a little play because it's held together with mat tension, but nothing concerning. When we had some storm damage to it—notably, it flipping over ours and our neighbor's yard and only a few parts were damaged. Support was very helpful, friendly, and communicative, even when the shipping company was giving us the runaround. I would definitely recommend this brand to others and somehow it's less expensive now than it was when we got it. Use the savings to pick up some extra heavy duty stakes!

12ft jumpyzilla trampoline. The person who made the video of tips for 12 min, is what sold me on this trampoline. I referenced back to it during construction. Very very very helpful; thank you for investing the time. The hardest part was the original count off for the springs. 1. Then counting to 32 with the hooks and spring holes on the frame. Then 1 again. Then to 16 and 16. It is easy to mess up if a cute kid is talking to you, lol. It is significantly closer to the ground than when I was growing up!! We omitted the net assembly bc we live in a high wind valley. I did try to find a trampoline without the net and they do not sell them anymore. I'm assuming the netting frame assembly would have taken 2x as long as just the trampoline part. Lay out the frame with the spring holes up. The connectors need to be aimed down so you can add the feet underneath. I made sure the smoother slightly curved in holes were aimed up on the framing curved poles. As stated in Alana's video, they do not click it, so def add the mat and springs before attempting to add the feet. Once you are done adding g the jumping mat, easily flip it upside down with 2 people to add the feet, otherwise they will repeatedly fall out. Adding the springs worked well as I hooked a spring into the mat then my husband (whose acct this is) went along to where I placed one to pull it in with the tool. There is a lot of walking around the circle bc you have to do cross opposite to keep the tension correct. But other than that, it went very smoothly. To omit the netting poles, we quadrupled the washers with washers we had, to fill in the gap before the threading on the bolts. It worked very well. The stakes are nice, but we did order a pack of corkscrew anchors bc like I said, we get high winds so even a net free trampoline is susceptible to lifting up and horseshoe stakes are no match. The ladder was tedious to put together, we had to mallet the steps down the poles to align with the bolt holes; very tight fit. I would say it was more tedious than the trampoline itself, lol. However it is so low to the ground that my 9 and 10 yr old can easily hoist themselves up without a ladder. The springs cover was easy to install. I single tied then went around and double tied. Our boys are so happy and having a blast. There is plenty of room for both boys to jump so the 12ft was a great choice. I would like to get some kind of weed barrier circular pad for underneath, which I have yet to come across. It's fairly stable but will be better with the corkscrew anchors. General jumping does cause the horseshoe stakes to lift up so be prepared to invest a little more in anchors. The noise level is as expected on a trampoline.

I bought the 14 foot trampoline and it is the perfect size! It took my husband and myself to put it together. I don’t know how you could do it without help. But all of the parts were here and all of the tools needed were included. The instructions were very clear and easy to follow. I do feel the quality is good. My one complaint is that the zipper on the net is already broken off. We’ve had the trampoline for just over a month. So that is disappointing. But the clips still work! So I do still feel like it’s safe for my children. It is sturdy and very strong. I’ve had no issues there. Ultimately, I would still really recommend this trampoline! The kids have so much fun on it! My three boys 2, 4, and 6, all absolutely love it and can safely play in it together at the same time.

If you are looking for a trampoline, buy this one! This was the easiest assembly of any trampoline we have owned over the years. It took about an hour and 20 minutes with two people and a little helper 😊 Clear cut instructions, quality materials, and everything fit and came together without hassle. When assembling the base just make sure the holes align with each other. This looks great and solid and my granddaughter gives a thumbs up on the bounce performance. But most importantly my husband told me to make sure I give a 5 star review-this is a winner!

Right out of the box we were surprised to see the thin gauge of the frame and paper thin safety pad for covering springs. We quickly taped the box back up and filed for a return. We then learned that the shipping is on us since this is "a third party seller." We had to call Amazon to request a second shipping label for the second box. While on the phone with Amazon, they tried to reach Jumpzylla for a second shipping label. They were unable to reach anyone. Meanwhile, my 7 year old daughter was getting very impatient for her trampoine, so I decided to forego the return and assemble it. I noticed that a box of springs were loose inside of the larger box. That wasn't a problem until we noticed 2 of the springs had sandwiched themselves together inside one of the leg supports; it almost appeared intentionally done. In the process of trying to get them out with pliers the leg support bent due to the weak gauge of the steel- yes, my muscle and pliers were able to bend the support. I tried calling, emailing and amazon messaging the them for an overnight shipment of 2 springs and a leg support. After 1 business day went by with no response to my request for replacement parts, I re-filed for a defective item return. Once again, I was only provided one shipping label that states shipping is on me. I called Amazon again, explaining that I should not be responsible for shipping costs for returning a defective item. The representative agreed and tried to call the seller. Once again- nobody picked up. The representative told me to wait 48 hours for a response from the seller. Meanwhile, I bought a trampoline from a local retailer that is $200 cheaper and assembled it. It has thicker gauge steel and a thicker safety pad. Finally, 2 business days later Jumpzylla messaged me saying they are shipping replacement parts. I ended up speaking with a company representative who is difficult to understand (language barrier). I fought with him for 15min over who would be paying for shipping; it appears I will have to pay for it myself. I would avoid any product from this company due to poor quality and poor customer service.

This is a great trampoline! Got the 14 foot and it was a quick and easy set up. We did find a small hole - about half an inch- on the jump mat. Obviously a manufacturers defect. Called Jumpzylla and explained the issue and they sent out a new mat within a few days. I really appreciated the fast response. Will not hesitate to buy from them again!
