This is exactly what we needed! It fits our space really well. Simple to put together, material seems well made, cushions are comfortable. Seems as if this should be fairly durable even with Missouri weather. Seller was super easy to work with as well when I had some initial questions about the product. Everything was shipped in 2 boxes and didn’t have any issues from that perspective. The blue color we picked out matches our other seat cushions perfectly, it couldn’t have worked out better. Excited to use this set more!

For $500, this is a decent set. It is small and surprisingly comfortable. We purchased gray but it is a deep grayish blue shiny fabric. The back cushions come vacuum sealed so you’ll need to fluff quite a bit. I still might add more stuffing. They have a tie on them to keep them from moving around. At first I didn’t like the look of the strings. I found that using the strings actually makes the couch look better besides keeping the cushions in place. The bottom cushions are thin. They are maybe 3”, but high density foam making it pretty comfortable. I have arthritis and sitting on it for a couple of hours didn’t cause any pain. The whole set is low to the ground, so if you have issues getting up, keep that in mind. The back of the couch only goes up to the middle of your back. I don’t mind that because sitting in the corner, I use the back of the seats to rest my arms. I think this set will last a few years which was what we were looking for.

It arrives in parts but is super easy to assemble the pieces are numbered, and everything needed for assembly is included, along with the manual. The material feels sturdy and durable, and the cushions are waterproof and washable. It matches the specifications exactly.

I was extremely disappointed with this product from day one. The item arrived already showing defects the pillow fabric was coming apart and the materials were tearing despite barely being used. For a product priced close to $500, this level of quality is completely unacceptable. What made the experience even worse was dealing with the LHBCraft team. When I raised my concerns and requested a refund, they asked me to submit photos which I did and then simply ignored my request. No resolution, no refund, no accountability. After doing more research, I noticed the same product being sold under different seller names on Amazon, which feels very much like a recycled, low-quality item being rebranded and resold at a premium price. Buyers beware. I would strongly recommend checking alternatives at Costco, Home Depot, or Lowe's, where you can find outdoor products of significantly better quality that will last 5+ years. This one didn't even survive its first day. Do not waste your money on this product. Definitely feels like big scam is going on with these kind of furniture products. Save yourself the frustration.
