TV is nice, seems dependable so far. But, the remote control is another thing. There is a mouse function that allows using the remote control like a computer mouse. Problem is the tiny tiny tiny joy stick is difficult to control and results in unwanted functions happening. Got so fed up with it I bought an older LG remote control that does not have a mouse function that works far better for basic TV functions. The remote control with mouse is used only for setup functions, it mostly lives in a dresser drawer. Also, I find the LG channels generally not worth watching, many require subscriptions. I disable the LG channels, but somehow they sneak back in. ... show more

I moved from a 8 year old Samsung 55" Smart LED TV to this LG 65" Smart LED TV. It has many more apps built in. The sound is OK but I use a soundbar instead of the the built in speakers. The Soundbar does sound much better. I like the 65" size much better than the 55" I had. I guess "Bigger is Better". I like the remote much better than the Samsung. The picture is very sharp and clear. The colors are great. The best part, I paid less for this TV than what I spent on the Samsung 8 years ago. ... show more

LOVE THE NEW LG TV, AM REPLACING AN LG THAT IS 12 YEARS OLD. HAD WONDERFUL SERVICE FROM OLD TV, SO HOPEFULLY NEW ONE IS JUST A GOOD. HOWEVER, I DO NOT LIKE THE REMOTE.....THANK GOODNESS I CAN USE ONE PROVIDED BY MY PROVIDER FOR CABLE. THANKS FOR A GOOD PRODUCT.

Ok first thing, the people having a problem with the magic remote and the mouse cursor, you can STILL use the up/down buttons folks =) Lots of people bitching about the mouse here but you don't have to use it. Now, this just replaced a VIZIO because the other would not connect to a Bluetooth stereo I bought. This thing set up itself pretty much. It connected to WiFi, have your password put it in move on. Everything else just connected and then the big try was the stereo. DONE. It found the stereo on the Blue tooth and if I want to use the stereo I can, if not and I turn it off the TV speakers come right back on. The picture .. let's just say I just became the biggest LG fan. Absolutely brilliant. Almost too good that you can see the more cheesy movie mistakes better now.
