I bought this vacuum after having a bad experience with the expensive stick vacuum that everyone usually buys. One of my friends recommended this one and I can’t thank him enough! The vacuum is not the lightest, but it is easily maneuverable on carpet and hard surfaces. I have two Siberian Huskies and was impressed with how well it handled their copious amounts of fur. The suction is excellent for its size, but don’t expect shop vac suction with a small stick vacuum like this. The lever to compact debris is great, but don’t forget to not use it while the vacuum is running or you’ll have to take it apart! Debris does tend to get between it and the bottom of the motor, but the filter/vortex canister easily twists out for cleaning. Although battery life is limited, having a backup battery in the charging stand makes it easy to swap batteries. I find that it is perfect for a small 3 bedroom house, but you may struggle with larger homes. The attachments all seem to be pretty sturdy, and the charging base is hefty and easy to slot into. Overall, this vacuum is excellent and a great value compared to its competitors. I highly recommend it. ... show more

Update: I’ve been using this vacuum for 4 months and it’s still the best stick vacuum I’ve ever used. I can vacuum by entire House(1500 sqft) and not run out of battery. I rotate batteries after every use. It’s fabulous! Well worth every cent! I researched a ton before I bought this vacuum; because I have wasted a TON of money on vacuums. This was awesome straight out of the box! It cleaned my rug better that my vacuum that cost twice as much. I live the charging base! So simple and easy. Very quiet-even on the highest setting. Battery life is great! I have not had to switch batteries yet! Oh. And it comes with TWO batteries. Both charge when it’s on the charging station. The battery is very easy to swap! It gets u set most of my furniture and works well on my tile, wood and rugs! Well worth the money!! ... show more

Although the vacuum worked great, after three years it just stopped. LG was not helpful in how we could fix it after three days of phone calls, and waiting, and sending product numers, and wasting valuable time. THIS IS A PRODUCT THAT WILL BREAK! we have heard this from other people.

Wanted to try this for a bit before reviewing we’ve had for quite some time now and this is great Vaccuum! Love the storage docking station , the function is amazing it has awesome suction came with 2 batteries which I loved because if one dies you have another but honestly the charge is more then sufficient for my 900 sq ft apartment! I was torn between this one and the Dyson and I’m sooo glad I purchased the LG instead my sister got the Dyson and she’s had issues with hers and had to return, from the value, to the function this is one I would purchase again ,if your looking for a cordless Vaccuum this is the one to purchase!! ... show more

This cordless stick vacuum is well designed and versatile. Considering the strength of the suction, this unit is very quiet. It does a great job with pet hair. Battery life is good, but I am using this vacuum for quick daily cleaning. The floor brush has a higher profile than a standard vacuum and doesn’t fit under low furniture. It may not be the only vacuum you need, but the stick is wonderful for most jobs. I can’t attest to the durability of this cordless stick unit as I have only used it a short time. This is my first cordless vacuum. I have to say, it’s a great convenience as compared to my corded vacuum. I really like that it has two batteries. I have three stories and one battery is enough to get the job done. I also like the stand. I wasn’t a huge fan of the wall mount necessary with other brands. The suction and attachments are sufficient. As someone that has other LG appliances, I like that it works with the ThinQ app as well. I honestly don’t have any complaints so far. Just as an FYI, I do not have pets. So I cannot attest to how it performs with pet hair. ... show more

after my first go around with cordless vacuum cleaners, i was disillusioned mainly because of the battery charge. since i clean houses for a living it was important to look for an efficient cleaner thats both great on suction and battery charge time. when i read that LG offered 2 batteries and said each battery had a max charge time of 1 hour i was impressed. so today i had 2 jobs, one of which was a very large home and my LG performed magnificently and it even made it thru my 2nd job on the same battery! very easy to operate and easy to unclog and clean, i love it. i also like the wifi feature too but just wish it would connect outside of my home wifi. i was also amazed at the amount of dirt that it picked up from both of my jobs which only tells me it has great suction power. and the kompressor is also a very nice feature too that i love.
