My husband loves this TV. I mainly got it just for him, and also it was on a really nice deal. Ironically, he uses it to play this game called Runescape that looks like a bunch of polygons in Play-Doh. Happy husband happy lovin' I guess! In all seriousness, the TV display quality is superb. The TV is bright, colors are vivid, and the contrast is excellent. I mainly watch anime and a good test for us was the battle scene in Demon Slayer, Tengen and Tanjiro vs Gyutaro. The high quality CGI from the anime paired with the performance of the TV made quite the cinematic experience. The TV was easy to wall mount (though I didn't do any of that), but was a little nerve-wracking because of the insane thinness of the it. My only gripe with the TV is that I keep seeing this weird notification at the top right which seems to be related to HDR content or Dolby Vision. Switching inputs between sources that support (or does not) Dolby Vision flickers a bit in between. ... show more

Great job of packaging and delivered as promised; minor damage to the box (it was shipped to Wilmington, NC so it traveled quite a distance) that did not penetrate the styrofoam enclosure. Used AI (Gemini and Chat GPT) and YouTube to make the settings, which was very helpful, as no manual was included, not even a quick start sheet. Picture is great. The remote takes a little getting used to, but it works just fine. Add my vote to the gripes about no dedicated mute button, but it can be muted by running the sound down. Also, I have another LG LED TV and its remote, including the mute button, works just fine on this new one. Using it connected to an antenna (very large yagi) in the attic, and get 43 channels, the best that can be done for this area. Very satisfied with the purchase so far. I will come back and add comments if there is trouble in the future. Would recommend. ... show more

Got it "Used Acceptable " from seller: Amazon Wharehouse. The whole week it took to get here i was worried that it would arrive heavily used. When it arrived I was surprised when i saw it came in it original box. During the unboxing it came with all the original styrofoam and protective sleeves/covers over the TV and accessories. The remote and TV stand were also included. The one issue is that the bracket that attaches the TV stand to the rear of the TV was missing. That wasn't a huge deal seeing as i was going to wall mount the TV anyways. Other than that, the TV is flawless, no scratches no chips or damage to the TV housing. TV and remote are fully functional. 4.5/5 stars for the missing TV stand bracket. ... show more

I really like the television, all in all. It's got a great image and sound. However, the AI garbage you are shoving down our throats is completely unnecessary and adds to the cost. But worst of all is the mouse-like cursor pointer from the remote. Even after I lowered the sensitivity and increased the size, its too hard to use, and it can't be permanently disabled. I am perfectly happy clicking on the outer ring to move through menues. Why can't I disable the pointer? As I get older my hands shake more and using this remote is a pain in the butt. Yes, I can momentarily "turn it off" by clicking the ring, but it takes me to seemingly random positions on the screen, and I have to do it repeatedly through the evening. This TV is outstanding. The picture quality is just beautiful. The sound is great for a TV, but you will likely want to upgrade to a proper sound system if able. I do not like the new remote. Far too few buttons, the app buttons should be programmable, and there isn't a basic inputs button.
