Awesome tv beautiful also got the lg surround sound to go with awesome experience for movies and live tv only downside is the remote kinda goofy gimmicky remote makes me feel like i am using a wii remote but other then that great tv.

Exactly as advertised. I moved up from a 2018 65" LG TV to this one. This is definitely better, but not in a "wow" way. It has a high quality picture, excellent color depth, decent sound, and plenty of apps. Standard default interface (a bottom row of available app icons, cable options, LG channels, etc., with a some channel content display above) Relatively light at around 60 - 65 lbs, it is easily wall mountable. Probably hard to tell a lot of difference between this TV and other competitors in the OLED field. E.g., this is one of several on CR's recommended list. Excellent picture and sound! TV is pretty light but still needs 2 people to move it around as it’s large. Fairly easy to place on table mount but it would have been easier if we had a third person. Initial setup was easy enough. Using it for streaming so very easy to connect to our router with very little buffering. Picture quality is fantastic and so is sound. We’re letting AI handle it and so far so good. The only complaint we have and we would have knocked off half a star if we could is the remote. No dedicated Mute button and wish it was lit up at night. We have to hold the volume down button for 3 seconds to get it to mute but it only works half the time and, even when it does, we have to raise the volume to unmute and often the volume is too high then so Haiti lower it. Extremely poor design that could have easily been avoided. Working the remote does take a bit to get used to it but works okay. Still could have been designed better. We would buy it again as the picture quality is incredible and so is the sound! ... show more

I had the tv delivered and I had to help the driver carry the tv into my home. Never had that experience. The tv picture does not work and is just a black screen with power on. Terrible experience.
