  • Great buy and delivery! LG gives me all I need!
Size: 55 Inch Style: TV only
After a couple of months, I love this tv. It is smart and operates differently that my last one. Someone mentioned keeping your old remote-I did-and used it, but wanted to learn on my own, so I have been. There’s a place where it tests you on what you like for colors and comes up with your perfect color scheme. I think there’s also a place for sound and it has a sleep timer and energy smart. It did take me two days to get the cable adjusted as the delivery guys were helpful but put the HDMI cord into the DVD player. The Echo Show helped also and learned about tvs. Just remember, if you’re over 50 and not used to this stuff, it just takes time and willingness to learn, but is so worth it in the end. If you have cable, click on LIVE when you turn it on and it’ll take you to your cable guide. The tv has LG channels and its own guide. I’m still learning on it and sorry my bestie isn’t here to enjoy this one, but just take your time. It was also worth it to pay for the guys to bring it in and haul the other stuff out. They were both kind and respectful(I had two sets-ordered the wrong size) and the first set told me how to measure for the brackets to fit my stand. I’m the one that ordered the wrong size, but they didn’t fuss or tell me I was wrong-they must’ve known I’m on a learning curve. Anyway, the picture is clear, wonderful, an easy set up for all, and I’m looking forward to hooking my other things to it. ... show more

  • Great Buy
Great quality and quick response, no freezing. Only slight issue I have is the cursor on the remote being a little hard to control. I like the scroll function on the remote. They should make it like a trackpad so it can go both vertical and horizontal. Besides that awesome tv. Great color quality and clarity. ... show more

  • Love this TV!
Size: 75 Inch Style: TV only
Great picture! Love the size as well. Went from a 55 to 75 and what a difference! Added the soundbar for better sound experience. But the sound on the tv is pretty good as well (soundbar definitely kicks it up a notch). Also, love the fact that it comes with almost 1000 free channels so you really don’t need to buy anything extra if you don’t want. Also comes with apps as well for streaming and you can also download apps as well. ... show more

  • No PBS streaming option!
Size: 55 Inch Style: TV only
The tv has a nice picture and sound, with a lot of customization options, including turning off some of the automatic advertising. It was very slow at first, but seemed to improve as I went through the setup process. The home screen is very busy - I like a cleaner interface and will tidy as much as I can. I don't much like the remote - needs a mute button and smoother movement. The button for volume and channel change is oddly hard to push. I did buy the two pack of extra remotes for about $ 8 and found they worked as soon as I put in batteries, and they do have a mute button, but almost too many tiny buttons that are harder to see. The one thing I really dislike is that there is no way to add the PBS streaming app unless you add an external ROKU or Amazon device. For me, the whole point of the enhanced picture is to enjoy PBS nature programs and travelogs, LG has got to fix this! ... show more

  • A big, heavy, beauty!
Size: 75 Inch Style: TV only
Great TV. Everything works as it should. The price is right. However, I forgot that I'm a feeble old man who can't be expected to manhandle a 135-pound box into the house. In a moment of clarity, I got two young helpers to unpack, assemble, and then place the monster onto the massive dresser in my living room. It then occurred to me that one of my four grandkids might tip the 75" beauty onto the floor. So, I went to the hardware store, purchased some 1.5" metal conduit clamps, drilled holes in the dresser, and anchored it down. Now, it occurs to me that if this beauty breaks, even under warranty, I'll have to hire someone to fix it. Keep your fingers crossed for me. I'm thinking that I should have spent a couple of hundred bucks more and gone with a local vendor who could be expected to deliver, assemble, install, then support under warranty. However, so far so good. Meanwhile, Amazon and LG have done good. No complaints about them. Just worry about my wisdom! ... show more

  • Watching TV should not have become this complicated!
I apologize for this negative review, but after several weeks with our new LG 65-Inch Class QNED Smart TV, I feel it is important to share our experience constructively. My hope is that potential buyers will be better informed and that LG might simplify future models. This is the first time I've ever wanted to give a product review of zero (0) stars; Amazon's review required me to give it 1-star. Whatever happened to simply watching television? This TV’s WebOS user interface is messy, overly complicated, busy, and not at all intuitive. Loading and logging into dozens of streaming apps is tedious, and choosing among them feels unnecessarily linear and difficult. The promised “personalized experience” has never materialized for us. Basic tasks proved surprisingly frustrating. It took us nearly a week of trial and error to locate and enable the NewsMax and Fox News streaming apps. The included remote’s pointer is nearly unusable; it's hard to aim accurately and select items. We quickly replaced it with a traditional remote, which offers only marginally better control. Setup was complex, and the AI assistance features felt unhelpful and somewhat intrusive. The TV repeatedly drops its WiFi connection to the 2.4GHz band on our Starlink router (our Starlink data rate, latency, etc. is not the issue) despite manual selection of 5GHz, causing frequent freezing and buffering. It also persistently prompts for “Filmmaker Mode” no matter how many times we decline. While picture quality is decent and the larger screen is welcome, the advertised advances in “Color Volume,” “next-gen AI vivid color,” enhanced brightness, and “wow-effect” detail are not noticeable in real-world use. Sound from the built-in 2.0 system with AI Sound Pro and WOW Orchestra is underwhelming; we’ve connected external speakers for acceptable audio. The TV feels over-engineered with features we’ll never use: Game Mode, multiple voice assistants, Smart Home compatibility, Chromecast, local dimming, none of which are explained or useful. Settings menus are confusing and poorly explained, including a “Memory Optimization” tool under General Support that requires frequent manual runs. The unit arrived with no user manual whatsoever, only basic physical setup instructions, making the learning curve steep and error-prone. Customer support appears nonexistent. Unfortunately, I cuss at this TV at least once per evening. In summary, this LG TV is a major disappointment compared to the advertising hype. When replacement time comes, we will avoid online purchases and instead seek a physical store where we can try the interface before buying. Watching TV should not be this unnecessarily complicated or frustrating. ... show more

  • Get it while on sale good midrange tv
Size: 55 Inch Style: TV only
It's a very nice quality midrange tv, I purchased it for my bedroom and I can't really complain. It was easy to setup, and the remote control is a lot nicer than the previous Lg tv that I got in 2021, that control was horrible. There is no damage to the tv, there aren't any lines or dots which is great. The sound is nicer than the other model to be honest I am still thinking of getting a sound bar for it. The TV looks great picture quality is nice no complaints. ... show more

  • Great quality and appropriate price
Very good TV for the price. Has great features and very good picture quality. The remote takes a minute to get use to but is easier for inputting passwords. You can also do QR code for passwords. Its a great upgrade for the price. They also have newer models with more features and better quality but this TV is great for the price. 5 star is based on quality, ease of use, and features. If it is based on best TV vs worst TV I would give it a 3.9. But once again based on BEST TV VS worst TV. Even in that case 3.9 stars would be a great rating. ... show more
