I mainly use Leukotape when I’m backpacking. It’s a must have on every trip. Works very well in preventing blisters or chafing. Walking many miles a day. You are sure to get blisters. Regardless of how worn in your hiking footwear might be. I just apply where needed and at the end of the day I am blister free! It can also be used as bandage tape. Be warned. Any area with hair will be hairless after the fact. Only use it when absolutely necessary. Keep your med kit stocked with the proper tape. For the Leukotape, I will wrap a good bit around my chapstick tube or something that allows me to spool off what need. I backpack quite a bit. A full roll is a bit bulky when weight and space are considerations. A completely recommended product on the whole. It works!

I was backpacking the AT and had hotspots on both heels after a rainy day and wet shoes. A friend gave me leukotape for one and I put my moleskin on the other. Leukotape stayed put longer and kicked the pain down to zero. 10/10 recommend

Can’t believe we never knew about this stuff but holy cow it saved our feet while hiking to Havasupai in the Grand Canyon. Put some kind of bandaid or blister bandaid on your boo boo first, then cover it with the Leukotape. It doesn’t come off in water and stays on until you pull it off. Super protection for your feet and made it so much better.

I got bad mosquito bites in Europe on our trip, and I would put bandaids on the bites and then this over the bites and it was great. This helped when taking on and off my backpack so that the bites wouldn't rub.

I wanted this to wrap my feet in pointe shoes. When it came time to take it off, I could barely remove it. So, depending on your use this may or may not be what you are looking for.

The best I have used, extremely comfortable. Double application of 2, 6 inch strips vertically on each heel held up with no release or rolling/binding for 2 days hiking 90F+, up and down slope. So comfortable i forgot they were on and showered with them to which they stayed on perfectly. The best adhesive I have come across. Removal, it will take hair, a minute or two soaking with 91% alcohol makes it extremely easy to remove, without alcohol a quick pull it comes right off with very little residue. Does not stick to fresh/open wound/sore but if the area is dry it will unless its covered with ointment etc.
