The install was a little tough as a DIYer, but if you can get through it, its a good light. The center screw was metric going into an existing standard threaded junction box that made it tough to get installed. The light has worked well though over 2 months I've used it. The light practically turns night into day. I also have it mounted under a 2nd story soffit and the motion detector works pretty well and the other reviews about an upside down position have some basis but if you can work with not shining the light for distance, this light works very well. If you need distance and are hanging below a soffit, this system will not extend the light well. Its about a 30° angle up from the vertical is all you get. ... show more

I put mine up this afternoon. Set everything. Waited till dark works great. This light caught me walking 60ft plus. Tried every different angle sensor went off. Don’t b stupid like me and look at the light when it’s dark out. HA.

Our old security light of probably 15 years finally died, and I chose this one to replace it. Very easy to install, and I love how easy it is to adjust. Motion sensitivity works great, and the fact that you can set how long the light stays on is great too. Good light at a good price!

Very good detection distance. It comes on about 10 feet before anyone hits the actual drive way which is what I wanted. I could probably turn down the sensitivy, but I like where it is. Very bright, also an added plus. I might buy another one to put on the back of my house.

Very easy straight forward installation. At this point, though the test mode is not working. So hopefully after dark, I can adust The motion sensor and it will work. UPDATE: After sundown the Motion sensor worked great. We are pleasantly surprised and happy that our two chihuahuas activate the motion light. This is not listed as a dusk to dawn light but It is working as such. Last night it worked flawlessly at night and we tested it several times during the day and has yet to turn on. We have seen reviews listing it as both ways. We love the light. ... show more
