  • Superior tablet! Great sound and integrity!
I bought this Lenovo after making the mistake of buying a cheap off named brand on Amazon that went down in 6 months, told myself never again I went looking for a good name with integrity and good price. My friend said look for a Lenovo as he had one and loved it. I found this it was a perfect size, great price and I love it! The sound and durability you could see the big difference right away this was a product with integrity. I enjoy using it for games and evening online videos it works great. Super smooth setup, not too heavy to hold yet not flimsy like the one it replaced. I love this little tablet it has really enriched my daily life! I can finally hear what I am watching and enjoy the games I play. ... show more

  • Performs well, but still trying to figure out some features
I'm happier with my Lenovo tablets than with my Samsung tablets purchased in the past. They last a lot longer with fewer software glitches. I use it to watch video and streaming and maybe a little online shopping. Very handy and good quality. The audio is quite good, which is a major area of concern for me as I am highly sensitive to sound. Hopefully I can get about 8 years of use out of it, which is how long my last Lenovo tablet lasted. In comparison, I only got 3 years of use out of my Samsung tablets. There are some features I still need to learn, but I can get the basics done. It was easy to install all the apps I use. ... show more

  • Excellent Quality, Great Price!
I have owned many tablets in the past. In fact, we have about half a dozen in the house right now. THe Lenovo M11 is a great tablet for business use. I am a writer and like using something like this on my desk when I am working on a new book. I wrote my last book on a Samsung Tab A and this tablet will be used to write my next book. I have OpenOffice loaded on it and other essential tools. I can print directly to my HP laser printer. Gamers say it's not a fast tablet, but it's great for business and I love the screen size. ... show more

  • Great for reading
This is the first tablet I've ever owned, and I bought it primarily for reading comics/manga and textbooks for my mathematics degree, and potentially for taking notes with the included pen. For a quick review, it checks all those boxes just fine, and if you're just looking to read some pdfs and surf the internet, it's perfectly capable. I'll go into some more specifics now of pros/cons of the device. Pros: The price is great. I bought one on Prime Day for $162 (tax included) and, considering what I would be spending on textbooks otherwise and the space it saves on my shelves, I think that's pretty much a steal. In retrospect I probably should've bought the 8Gb model instead since it's a pretty modest price increase for better performance, but again my interests with the tablet are pretty minimal so it's not a big deal. It's an android tablet. This means you can "sideload" apps and install free and open source software on it which is a huge plus. Often, you don't have to nickle-and-dime yourself for apps because of the great alternative store F-Droid you can install on android devices to get free applications. The killer app here for me is Kotatsu; it allows you to read fan-translated manga and comics for free, and the app searches around 50-100 different databases to find what you're looking for. I also have been pretty happy with the free note-taking app Saber that's also available on F-Droid. You have a lot more freedom with how you use the tablet using android than with Apple devices. The battery life is pretty good. I used it during an entire 10-hour work shift, putting it down occasionally to talk to coworkers or do other tasks, and as long as you press the power button to sleep it I didn't witness any massive battery drain while sleeping. If you aren't keeping it on max brightness and awake for hours you won't have any problems. The tablet charges decently fast. I don't use the included charger because it's a USB-A to USB-C cable and I don't believe these are capable of faster charging speeds; instead I use a Samsung Super Fast Charger I bought on Amazon that's USB-C to USB-C and it charges fast enough that I'm not bothered by waiting (the device registers as "Flash Charging"). I'm estimating it probably takes about 1:30 to 2:30 hours to charge to full from empty using my Samsung charger. It has a camera. I don't have any interest in using it though so I can't really be bothered to test it out, but I just wanted to mention that there is a camera included. Cons: The tablet comes with a bunch of garbage pre-installed. I had to manually go through the app list and uninstall a bunch of trash applications like matching games and other nonsense that I don't want anywhere near my tablet. I think this actually improved performance once I uninstalled all of these too. When you go through the first-time setup, it asks you if you want to install these garbage applications with some of them impossible to unselect; once the installation finishes, regardless of what you picked, it installs even more without asking you for verification. I bet this is how they subsidize cost for their tablet, but I think I would've rather paid more than have this stuff preinstalled straight out of the box. The tablet is a little laggy. If you're pulling down the top menu the framerate drops a little bit, and it can be a bit sluggish drawing in apps like ibis. For reading this isn't an issue though, and I bet if you buy the slightly more expensive 8Gb model this would be much less of an issue than with the 4Gb. The storage is rather minimal, but there is a microSD card slot included in the device, so you can slap in as much additional storage as you want, whenever it becomes an issue that you'll hit the maximum storage space. Since I've heard the camera isn't great, and I think this is one of the things that takes the most space besides games which this device isn't really for, I don't think having 64Gb of space is a massive downside. Conclusion: I think that if you're looking for a tablet for multimedia stuff including games, then this is probably more like a 3 star tablet. For me though, thinking of this purely as a reading device, it's a 4 star device. If it was a little less laggy or didn't preinstall software I don't want out of the box, then this would be a 5 star device for reading and web browsing at its price range. ... show more

  • Great basic cover.. No real "Padding" but it is as I expected it. Would definitely recommend
I had originally planned to mount my tablet on the wall so I never intended to get a case for it (at least not one that wasn't for the wall!) but I have begun to use it hand-held, and felt like I was eventually going to drop it, so I decided to get a case. This is a pretty basic case, which is what i wanted. As a bonus, there's a place to store the pen under the screen so I will stop losing it, and also an unexpected feature is that there appears to be a magnet in the lid, and a sensor in the tablet so that it goes to sleep when I close it, which is pretty cool. The viewing angle when set up like an easel is nice, and I think I'm really going to like this thing. I considered removing a star because there's no real "padding" but I dont think that would have been fair of me because I definitely wasn't looking for something "kid proof" and at this price, it is exactly as I'd expect. No problems at all and the build quality is good. ... show more

  • The more I use it, the more I despise it
EDIT: It still hadn't started up after I sat for 17+ minutes waiting for it to "work". I was finally able to shut it down and when I restarted it, it worked within 10 seconds. POS. The more I use this tablet, the more I hate it. I had a Samsung tablet years back and liked it. When that went kaput, I bought an Ipad and I really like it. I bought this Lenovo in October 2025 for $119.99 and couldn't pass it up at that price! After all, I am a Lenovo fan. I've had two Lenovo laptops over the past 15 years (great lifespan) and several Lenovo desktops that never disappointed. I was so excited to find a Lenovo tablet at such a great price. What a disappointment. Horrible user interface, the battery (from the time I got it) drains quickly even with battery saving functions on/ adjusted. Now, after only having it for 6 months, the screen is so dark/ dim I can't stream certain services on it! Yes, I've gone back in and 'undid' the battery saving choices, adjusted the brightness, etc. I've been all over Reddit and Google trying to figure out if I've missed something obvious to correct it. Others have had the same issue. I bought it as a spare tablet for when my grandkids are over. The older g-kids haven't commented on any of the issues so, for all intents and purposes, it serves a purpose. I CANNOT recommend this tablet. I'm currently fantasizing about smashing it with a hammer. ... show more
