I ordered two of these chairs and they were quickly shipped and received as promised. I assembled one and quickly found that both my wife and I realized it was too firm and we could not be comfortable in them. I quickly contacted the company and they agreed to accept the return. The customer service was very helpful with the return instructions and provided the full refund as advertised. I would like to say that the comfort factor with my wife and I was more about our medical conditions than the actual chair and persons maybe younger and with less or different medical problems probably would not have found them to not be comfortable. The controls, heat, and massage worked great and the chairs did look great. The company's customer service was exemplary to say the least and they even provided the printable return shipping labels to make the return easier to negotiate. I can't say enough about the excellent customer service.

With all new recliners they take a while to get ones backside imprinted into the seat. So giving this recliner a positive comfort level will take time The measurement specs should be modified to 5'8" and 250lb capacity recommend. At 5'9.5" I'm above the top of the chair in upright position. At 220 lbs I'm filling out the seat cushion . The motors and mechanisms may be able to handle 330lbs but the seat would need to be greased up to get 330lbs into it. The craftsmanship is quite nice but completing set up requires a helper to insure no accidental damage to the leather does no happen. The seat back requires a balancing act to properly mount it to the seat. The electrical connections have been thought out well and a snap to connect. The chair a bit slow when changing positions. Vibration and heat modes are adequate. The USB port is a nice plus. The price is within reasonable limits when compared to similar chairs All things considered I recommend this chair. If you are 6' or more you probably will need a bigger chair

Great chair for the price, I bought the chair inside my range style home alone and put it together myself. Once assembled. The chair reclines and elevates perfectly. The massage mode is lite the vibration intense in every mode. Ithe leg portion of the chair is short. I'm 5'3, when reclined my feet hang off the chair. I have a pinched sciatic nerve, degenerative disc in my back the chair provides comfort and relief from back pain. I would highly recommend this chair.

It’s very large. Comfortable definitely. The person who we purchased it for is unable to use it. It is to low and they are unable to reach the controls which are on the right side of the chair when seated and under the puffy arm. Works great for another family member. It’s a very good chair BUT not for everyone Save the shipping card and know you have to disassemble before shipping back. No extended contract on this product. Shop wisely

I bought this chair for my disabled wife. After two weeks she gave up and went back to the old chair. I tried using it for a couple of months and finally gave up. I'm also tall and this chair is very uncomfortable. The controls work great. Love the massage functions and the USB port. I think it might work well for the average sized person.

My siblings and I got this chair for my mother and there's a couple of things about this chair we wish we knew before buying it. The biggest thing is that the seat is in a fixed position and doesn't move with the rest of the chair. It's always level and the cushioning on it isn't very comfortable. It needs more padding. Also, the leg rest doesn't come all the way up to a 90 degree angle. It maxes out at maybe a 75 degree angle. Not a very comfortable sitting position for long periods.
