Luv Luv Luv these counter stools. They look very expensive. I really like the brushed nickel metal. So many are chrome or gold and this looks alot better. The upholstery is fine to, and looks exactly like the pic. I would have liked a velvet choice but this will hold up better. My counter is 36" and these fit perfectly. I'm an older lady and put these together by myself. The first one I went slow and followed the directions, the second one was easier. Took about 45 mins total. They came well packaged and very protected inside the box. FYI: it has that chinese styrofoam inside, so you might want to unpack them outside or the garage to avoid a mess in the house. All hardware including an allen wrench is included. Mine was missing 2 washers, but made do without them. The only suggestion I could make to improve them is include a plastic or rubber foot rung cover. That's the first place the metal will show wear. These are sleek, modern, and beautiful. The fabric is a true oatmeal color and not as pink as it looks in the photo, which is what I was hoping for. The fabric looked a little wrinkled in the photos, and I was worried they would be like that in person, but there are no wrinkles anywhere. Very easy to assemble. I am very pleased with the product especially at this price point. It's difficult to find quality barstools under $300. The seat is very firm but I'm assuming it will ease up over time. It's not uncomfortable, so I don't consider it a problem. Only one real issue...couldn't find one of the black plastic floor savers that attach to the bottom (there are 5 for each stool) and there was no way to contact the seller through Amazon for a replacement. They are pretty standard so I will try to find them at the hardware store. I think I can even order them on Amazon but the dimensions have to be perfect. Overall I highly recommend. ... show more

These chairs are absolutely gorgeous, they look really expensive but are hard as a rock. Great if nobody sits in them and only looks at them. I will try to break them in & return if they get more comfy but will keep for now.

I have been on a long hunt for barstools that had the extra height I needed but also attractive and comfortable-these finally fit the bill! They are very easy to assemble and seem very sturdy. I think they are amazing especially at this price point.

Chairs are nice and easy to put together but I was missing a total of 2 bolts. They can replace the item but it’s already put together and not worth it to take apart and send back. I just wish they can send me the missing 2 short bolts. package contained 2 extra washers but missing 2 short bolts

I had high hopes for these chairs but they are going back. Huge inconvenience to build them and find all these defects. When i found an extra hole in the bottom part of the frame, I figured I would just have them send me that piece. Then after putting the whole chair together I noticed the seat back is bent! When I checked the second seat i noticed it was also out of whack. I really wanted to keep these because of the huge inconvenience of sending them back but they just look too cheaply made. ... show more

They are really beautiful and sturdy. Easy as heck to put together. The only thing that threw me off is that they are like a olive green tone, not the grayish look I had in mind. So that took a little getting used to but other than that, it’s a great buy.. also the cushions are kinda firm. I can see these lasting a looong time ... show more
