Awesome lights! I used these to replace two old halide fixtures and these are so far superior in both quality and quantity of light. The output is better than anticipated and the diffusers spread the light very nicely. Now, here is the information I would have liked to have when I was waffling about taking a chance on these lights; I have a parking lot in front of my building that is 100' long and 50' deep. I have the lights mounted 12' from the ground, 35' apart spaced equally on the building which is 85' long and approximately centered on the parking lot. The light along the whole width of the building is excellent out to about 35' where it starts to fall off but by no means is it inadequate. In fact, I walked across the street and I was still casting a very distinct shadow. Because I was replacing existing fixtures, the placement of the lights is not optimal. If I was doing a new install, I would put them higher up but this is only to further maximize the amount of light distribution. They are more than adequate for the space I have. In the photos; the wide angle is standing across a four-lane street from the building. The other is standing at one extreme end of the parking lot. The only downside I found with the lights is the change over from one type to this one. The ballasts in these fixtures are placed in a poor location for getting power into the back of the housing. Again, I am dealing with a retrofit not a new install. Also, the wires that go from the ballasts to the LED array have no plug or other way to disconnect them. It would have been much, much easier to install the housing on the side of my building if I could have removed the cover completely which you cant unless you cut the wires. I was also disappointed to find that they did not include the "dawn to dusk" sensor as the listing says. I bought photocell switches at Lowes for a few bucks and put them in. ... show more

If I were just reviewing the light, it would be a 5 star review. This is a replacement light for one that had been up and working faithfully for 5 years. It has gotten a little smaller, but the photo sensor is still stupid. It sees it's own light and turns itself off, then it sees that it's dark and turns back on, over and over. I have this mounted on a dark backer board. There is no way to adjust the sensitivity, I just had to fabricate a hood for the sensor. One would think that for a device that has "wall" in its name, that wall mounting wouldn't be an issue, and it would just work, but not this product. This is a known problem, and they address it in their installation guide, which I followed to a T, but it still has the problem. With the original light from 5 years ago, I used foil tape to fashion a hood for the sensor. For this one I mounted a3" section of PVC pipe to address the issue. With this being a known issue, the company should have an engineered solution to this ridiculously simple problem. ... show more
