Nice light and well made. Would have liked it to have 5k or adjustable light temp. I really seems to be 3k and not 5k. The glass and not being plastic is nice.

I really like the way the light looks in my bathroom and I have to say that the light was super easy to install, so I gave it 5 stars for the installation. My bathroom is fairly small and is painted white, the fixture does the job but still was not as bright as I would have liked. If the fixture was around 2000lm it would have been better for me, but like I said, the light does the job. Later I might install a fan with a built in light to compensate. As for the value of the fixture, I believe it to be average but better than the home improvement stores I looked in. ... show more

Nice and bright, no issues so far. Easy and straight forward installation. The unit is not super heavy and holds in place nicely once mounted. The four mounting screws are visible, two on top and two on bottom. The chrome bar that wraps around in front of the light has a screw or mount bold right in the center of the glass and the left side looks to be sticking too far out, not centered. ... show more

I bought two of these to replace three dull sconces that were put on the bathroom wall in the house we bought. These are bright and add so much character to the bathroom. Now we are going to get a wall length mirror to go with them because they are really that nice. If you want dull light, don't get these. They are bright and light up the whole bathroom. This fixture has a contemporary look and is great for an area where there is not a lot of space. We bought it for a bathroom in which the previous owners had constructed a shelf which required that the light fixture be installed at an odd angle. This was exactly what we needed as the bulbs are encased in the shade on three sides which eliminated being blinded by bare bulbs. It looks great in the room. We installed this in a bathroom that does not have any windows. So even though the light is bright we still need more light for the room. It is very modern and clean looking.

    • Throws plenty of light but...
It throws plenty of light but it's flimsy and feels cheaply made. Also, you can't install it too close to the ceiling line because the screws that hold it together should be on the ends and not the top and bottom hence, no clearance.
