This led light strand gave us a romantic Christmas for this year. This strand is as it claimed built with durable electric materials and I would assume that they would be durable and came in with a set of glass (not plastic) bulbs which light up color warm and elegant. I hooked it around my patio and they looked so nice during the night. The whole family likes it with " wha~~" once it lighted up during the night. The strand harden a bit at cold temperatures during the night but it was still flexible and hung the light bulbs without any problem. The dimmable light bulb is 2 watts of each and it took me about 10 minutes to fix each lights. One of the best lighting investments during this Christmas.

This outdoor sting light really romantics, give us a wonderful vibe. It’s seems like incandescent bulbs, but some of customers said they are led light. I read the instructions carefully and yes, they are led light that is great! Energy save. I turned off the light and took a picture at night time, they are amazing. Every detail is perfect, raining season is coming soon, I can’t wait to see it in a raining day.

Wow!!! This LED Filament String Lights looks so amazing in my backyard. The cool thing that I did after I install the cable with the empty sockets then screw all the bulbs one by one then i connected the AC plug, it really lights up my house on the other day for my party. I love them even my friends wants to know where i got it. So thx for this LED lights , it gave me a positive view of house.

I love these lights but I’ve only had them up a week and already 3 bulbs have gone out. They give 4 replacement bulbs but at this point it’s pointless to keep them.

I just hung these last night. These light are perfect for deck lighting. The light bulbs are bright enough to illuminate but soft enough to cast a warm glow over the area and not be visually intrusive . Totally happy with them .

I love the mood/atmosphere that these lights create. More than enough light while on my deck, so no need to turn on any other lights. I was afraid of breaking bulbs due to reviews I read, but no bulbs broke while stringing the lights on my deck.

To summarize : Purchase these lights only if you plan on testing them thoroughly before you install them and then be skeptical. I purchased 3 of these lights and actually took the time to plug them in to make sure they worked before installation. My installation was over 30 feet off the ground and I did not want to run into problems at elevation. Unfortunately this is exactly what happened. When I am finished installing the last 40 foot run of lights, it did not work. I trouble checked the circuit and it was working fine. I then found that if I jiggled the wire going into the plug, it would work intermittently. I also found out that approximately 1 out of every 5 bulbs were not lighting. I knew that there must be a short in the plug and I found that the bulbs had not been screwed in entirely. Thankfully, each one of them turned on when I screwed them in tightly. However this meant going down the whole chain which were already hung. I realize it was stupid for me not to have checked the bulb tightness but again all the lights worked when they were on the ground. More than you want to know: I was able to look into the plug, through the fuse access, and found that the positive wire, that was meant to be crimped into the positive pole of the plug, was simply laying against that positive pole. There was only a tuft of exposed wire which indicated that whoever or what ever put this together, accidentally cut the wire instead of removing the insulation from the wire and never got around to crimping that wire in place. That is why the lights only worked when there was no tension on the wire and that is why they stopped working when they were hung up. I did reach out to the warranty service, which responded very quickly with a very generic request for a transaction number (which I had already supplied them with) and for pictures and documentation of what it transpired. I responded to them and again explained to them exactly what transpired. That I had to manually push the wire into the plug, at a certain angle, to make these lights work. They stated that they would not replace the lights unless I showed them detailed pictures of exactly what was transpiring within their plug. To accommodate their request, I sent them pictures of the plug plugged in, the circuit working, and the lights not working. I explained to them that to return their light, without a replacement in hand, would necessitate multiple separate trips up and down ladders and would leave the space looking extremely awkward for what ever time-frame it would take for them to verify my return and supply me a new set of lights. 5 days after my initially reaching out, the warranty service responding stating that they would send a replacement BUT replacements must come from China and that it would take 35 business days!!! I explained that I had received these lights in two days from the time of their order from Amazon and that there must be a better option. The only other option they gave me was to take a $20 immediate refund on this defective $41 purchase! To be fair, these lights do look good when installed and the package they came in was well insulated and the lights came with extra bulbs. I am VERY VERY concerned that I (and others) will have failures with the these lights' plugs, either immediately or down the road, given this quality control issue. What's more, no one should have to spend this much time, effort, troubleshooting, and follow-up to simply hang a string of lights. It should have been the company's role to first make sure that their product was put together correctly and secondly to make sure that their verified customers are satisfied. Their unwillingness to get me a timely replacement (35 business day wait from CHINA!) or to offer me an immediate full refund is not defendable. Their offering less than 1/2 of the purchase price, 5 days after the purchase of a defective item, is RIDICULOUS and insulting! Bottom line, there are multiple companies that sell these lights, most of which have these lights at equal or better pricing and with less quality concerns. This face that the bulbs were not appropriately screwed into the chain is easily remedied and I brought that up just so others are aware to check each bulb before hanging. However the defect with the installation of the wire into the plug is not so easily remedied. I would be VERY hesitant to purchase these lights knowing that these lights failure could be on delivery or any time down the road and that their warranty service is less than reasonable or easy to deal with. Update: Given the fact that the company would not send me replacement for at least 35 business days, I reached out to Amazon. Amazon was incredible. They apologized for the difficulty and offered to refund my money. However, at the exact same time, in response to the negative feedback that I had left, the company sent me an email (in broken English) to let me know that they were no longer going to send me a replacement! I am very appreciative that Amazon stepped up. Really would avoid this vendor!!!

Absolutely love this string light, I hang them around my porch, alone with wood fire pit, couple chairs, and some beer, I feel like back to the old time. It’s beautiful, all my guest love it.
