Had this laptop for 7 days now and it's been good I've managed to watch YouTube and twitch on this thing and have multiple tabs open without no problem, also loads up pretty quick when opening up chrome or Google ext and I've gotten ps2 emulator games to run which is good, you can also change some settings that would make your laptop run faster or you could balance it so the battery wouldn't drain so fast around 5-3 hours if so, The laptop quality is pretty good looking for a laptop like this to run at 1080p but makes the colors of background images and widget look good to, Screen size is honestly perfect and quality change for me since I've been looking at a iPad perspective, But yeah had it for 7 days and it's for sure running good that's all I can say. ... show more

Fast performance with very quick boot times. The build quality and color feel premium, especially for the price. This is my first Acer product (aside from a mouse), and it made a great first impression. I was even able to run some older Steam games like Half-Life, Call of Duty 2, and Modern Warfare without a dedicated GPU, which was impressive.     • Details and Recommendations- A Good, but Slightly Needy Laptop
Edit: It charges insanely fast! It takes around 30 mins for it to go from dying to 93% and stays charged for over 5 hours. ------------- I like the sound quality. Screen is nice and will be good for when I draw on Krita, stream something, or game. The keyboard is great. Not sure how the touch pad is because I only use a wired mouse. It arrived only 2 days after I bought it. I believe this is a great laptop, especially for the price. This is the first time I've bought a laptop with a USB-c charger instead of the traditional laptop charger. At first I was appalled by the change, but then I realized it's more convenient because you can use any usb-c. I assume it won't charge as fast if it's only via usb-c/without the block but what matters is it *will* charge. Be careful plugging things into it's ports because it's a weirdly snug fit. I definitely recommend getting a compatible SSD to add. This laptop on it's own has pretty much no storage space. I have Samsung Evo Plus 970 nvme 1tb storage. It is very slow on Windows 11 and updates are long. I got rid of Windows and installed Linux Mint and it works so much better, unsurprisingly. The delivery box didn't have a Handle With Care/Fragile label and that should change. The retail packaging it came in was snug and sleek. No damage to the packaging- super fresh. Definitely be prepared with scissors and a dash of patience because it is a bit of a challenge to actually open the packaging. It's airtight! Not a complaint, just a fact. My recommendations: 1.) It's extremely slow on Windows. I recommend installing Linux if you know/can learn how or can have someone else do it. Linux Mint is the most lightweight and beginner friendly Linux distro. This laptop should use something lightweight like Mint. 2.) Get a compatible SSD card because you will need more space for doing anything at all. The laptop arrived in perfect condition and everything works great. The screen looks sharp and bright, and the speakers sound surprisingly good for a laptop. Performance is smooth for everyday tasks and the build feels solid. Overall, a great device and I’m very happy with it. Highly recommended!

The this laptop is great. The screen is nice for the price, and if all feels ok overall. Port sellection is great and you get a DDR5 SODIMM slot (the processor is single-channel only) and an M.2 NVME slot for expandability. The 8-core processor is plenty for everyday use. However, everything is ruined by awful driver support. You are basically stuck with Windows 11 unless you want the touchpad, WiFi, function keys, and other stuff to not work at all. I'm so sad I cannot install a different OS in this computer as its harware would perform wonderfully outside Windows 11. Anyway, the laptop is great otherwise and I'm still happy with my purchase. ... show more

    • IT WORKS VERY WELL FOR THE MONEY.
I bought this laptop for my sister so I don't know how she likes it yet, but I did use it before giving it to her to make sure everything works. I'm happy to say this computer is great value and it's easy to use once you get into it. I had trouble because I don't know how to use a PASSKEY or the QR code. Last time I bought a PC you didn't need that to get in. But that's the way it is. They need to make a lot of security measures so no one will be able to hack into your personal things. I got it on sale for $199.00 and it's a good purchase. I'm waiting on my sister to tell me what she thinks but she's very slow to use any computer related hardware. I liked it though. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for an inexpensive laptop for everyday use. ... show more
