Well engineered and fun to ride… I had a couple of questions and customer service replied promptly and professionally. Bike arrived in perfect condition and so far I’ve had 3 months of great riding. Very light for an ebike which works for me as a 70 year old!

Wow so far its been an awesome experience. This lite bike is perfect for me because I live in an apartment in san diego. I literally can ride my bike up to my unit on the 4th floor. It collapses easily and is very light. I'm buying my wife one too (shh its surprise ;) She could ride it and shes only 4'11 and I'm 6'2. I had a question about the HUD so I reached out to the support team and they quickly helped. Overall great experience, would recommend them since they're a real US company and not one of those offshore sellers ... show more

Well the customer service was really really bad. Almost like I was trying to talk to a celebrity and they were like ..."omg! Like totally don't bother me". I bought two. I love them because I'm designing them as electric bmx bikes. Do not get any of the upgraded packages. They are way to expensive compared to the diy or just getting a better seat from Amazon. You'll spend $100 on something that should cost $20. They are also very heavy. And you want to keep these light. You'll need to change the handle bars and that is a bit of a process but putting bmx handle bars will increase the agility tramedusly. The handle bars on it now are to close together like a scooter. Not sure why they just don't offer bmx handle bars. They are very controllable and go pretty fast. Sometimes too fast. They don't have a slow mode. So be ready to ride and you'll get used to it. They are the best foldable bikes that are small and lite. You do not need gears because you have a throttle. Less moving parts to go wrong. Two fit in a jeep without fold the seats down. That's cool for me. I really wish customer service was better. It was a hell storm dealing with snobby kids. Almost made me not buy the two plus upgrades that I did. ... show more
