I wanted an electric bike to use hunting. I wanted to get farther in the woods and quieter than anyone else and I refuse to spend $3000.00 on some other hunting specific bikes with less or the same specs. The 750 watt motor rides through grass with no problem and concours smaller hills with ease. I have gotten the bike up to 28mph using petal assist and 22mph without and I weight about 270 lbs. The gears have worked better than any bicycle I ever bought at Wal-mart. This is the first bike I have had with disc brakes and the work flawlessly. There are 3 negatives I have with the bike. 1st the light never worked (but I don’t really care) 2nd the battery pack moves from side to side a little (I think it should be more secure, but as long as it does not break I am ok with that as well). And lastly is the seat. The seat is comfortable, how ever it adjusts differently than any other seat I have used and occasionally slips and the front points up and digs into the groin area instead of being able to sit on the rear part of the seat where it is cushioned. But overall best product for the money for what I needed it for.

I purchased this bike in August, it was delivered about a month later, in Sept. 2022. The bike was assembled with no issue and it worked for about 2-3 weeks. I have experience with electric skateboards and electric bikes. However, after no issues with riding it for those few weeks, the electronic component completely stopped working and the bike will not move. I contacted the seller and they informed me that I need to open the controller box to obtain serial number, but get this - one of the four screws was screwed in so tightly by the manufacturer that I am unable to open the controller box. I have taken the bike to three e-bike shops, none of which were able to assist. We've even resorted to trying to break open the controller box, to no avail. At this point maybe a blow torch would be the only thing to do the trick. I have given the seller MONTHS to remedy the situation. This was a very expensive purchase that was a complete waste of precious money and precious time spent driving to any e-bike repair shop I could find. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. BUY LOCALLY so that you can bring it to someone who knows how to work on it. I am out of A LOT OF MONEY. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Bike looks cool, humongous and heavy, (80+ lbs) but arrived with no tool kit or front brake pads. Front brake disk rubs against caliper. Will have to look over everything before riding if they miss brake pads and tool kit who knows what else they overlooked. Put together what I could and overall pretty simple but don’t t have the small allen wrenches needed to complete installation Talked to seller still waiting more than a week now for replacements, asked me a bunch silly questions rather than just taking care of issues. Will readdress review if I ever get to ride the damn thing, for now makes a great clothes hanger for the bedroom UPDATE: Problem solved-spent additional $150 and replaced all brakes with hydraulic ones. Ride is fabulous! Love the bike! Just not the hassle of having to figure out how to make it work. Still a heavy bike though going up/down stairs Even though they jacked up the price $100 when I purchased it still worth the money so far. Over 100 miles on it now no serious failures 2 YEAR 4 STAR UPDATE-05/25/23 Had the bike 2 years now, almost 500 miles on it, same battery LOVE THIS BIKE!! Still looks cool, rides great, no issues other than those mentioned in original review. Top speed is 31.5mph with 260lb big man. Solid bike and has really performed better than I expected. Price is now $700 less than what I paid so definitely worth the money now.

Love it. This is my first ebike and I am very impressed. The bike is well made very sturdy, comfortable, and really good looking. It is big description says it will fit any one from 5'4"-6'4" I am 5'9" and barely can stand flat footed when stoped. So if any shorter might be a little big for you. The engine is strong I bought this because my house is close to the top of a very long hill. I am 240lbs and with the pedal assist I have no problem making it up the hill and at around 14 mph. On flat road with full power I was able to get up to 26.5mph. Handles well off road also took it on a wooded trail real bumpy and muddy handled it like a champ. Only cons I have found is The lack of proper assembly instructions and owner's manual. But It is fairly easy to put together took about 20 minutes. Plus like the other reviews the breaks do squeak. Over all very happy with the purchase.

I bought this for my 13 year old daughter. She started out with a smaller unit and upgraded to 750W. We purchased it in May and recently received a error code on the display. I searched youtube and google to figure out how to clear it and all indications required a replacement of the controller. I visited the Aostirmotor website and began my communication with the service team through email. I follow the steps provided. I was required to take a few pictures of the display with the error showing. After a few days a new controller was received. I follow the directions for installation and now my daughter is back on the road. I was skeptical to be honest - but the team always returned my emails and kept me informed with tracking number and follow-up once the part was received. Thank you.
