This has 4 levels of adjustments. Each side can be adjusted different from the other side or same as. it isn't just for abs. a variety of exercises can be used with this. The bands that come with it are very light in resistance, so i'd suggest getting some stronger resistant bands if you are wanting something more intense, ya know where you can really feel your muscles working. it is sturdy, and easy to carry and store. ... show more
