It took a minute to figure out how to effectively use it. I put it between my thighs and just squeeze and hold it in place. I repeat it multiple times. Overall it works fine, it’s has a good amount of resistance to it. But the middle piece kind of gets in the way a bit when you’re using it, and after a while it starts to hurt. For the most part it’s a good product considering the price
