I've been using this product for just about a week now, and I'm already noticing a significant improvement in the strength of my hands. The only minor issue I've encountered is that the finger stretcher resistance band has begun to wear out after just a week of use. While it still provides some resistance, it's not as much as I'd like. It's worth mentioning that I don't have particularly large hands for a man, so I imagine if you have larger hands or fingers, the resistance might diminish more quickly with extended use.
