From the time I ordered this furniture they had a Customer Service Representative texting me and texted me till I received the furniture. You don’t find Customer Service like that anymore. I was glad to have had the privilege of doing business with such great people. The furniture is amazing. Looks good. Feels good. Supports your back like a chair is supposed to and everything you need is at your fingertips. There is some “assembly” required if you want to call it that. All you have to do is slide the back of the furniture into the tracks and it clicks into place. Also the furniture has wings they also just click into place. Everything is motorized so you do have to connect power cords together and things like that nothing tough or complicated. Now I will tell you one thing that wasn’t covered and I took for granted. The LED lights that come with the furniture is blue. You cannot change it. I thought maybe you could with an app but it’s a No Go. But you will be extremely happy with this purchase that that little detail won’t seem that important. I would definitely do business with this Company again and in the future if any of my Friends or Family have furniture needs I will definitely be recommending them to this Company. The price, quality, and customer service are second to none. They are also Veteran Friendly for all of my Brothers and Sisters in Arms out there. ... show more

What a fantastic experience. These guys were prompt, responsive, accurate, fast, and above all else, COMPETENT! The product itself (I got the black one with white accents) is SHARP looking. It is really crisp, and looks like a multi thousands dollar setup. Very comfortable, reclining is smooth, I really couldn’t ask for anything better. These are amazing for the price. People who visit think the sofa set is well over 7k and get shocked when I tell them how much I got them for. Updates from the seller was great too. **Outstanding Customer Service & Beautiful Couches** I cannot say enough great things about my experience with this company — especially thanks to Luna, the incredible customer service representative who went above and beyond throughout the entire purchasing process. When the couch set I originally ordered became unavailable, Luna reached out right away, allowing me to select a better set at the same price. To make up for the inconvenience, she even gifted me an ottoman. Later, when one of the recliners had an issue, Luna quickly arranged for a replacement — and told me to keep the faulty one, as there was no need to return it. Throughout the process, she stayed in contact, provided tracking updates, and handled everything with such grace and professionalism. It’s rare to find this level of care and attention these days. As for the couches — they are absolutely beautiful. The color is rich, the leather is high-quality, and they are incredibly comfortable and elegant.
