The media could not be loaded. I wanted to have something special that I could wear everyday in honor of my cat who passed last summer at 16 years old. Pavo is my go to for jewelry for the last two years, for gifts for others or myself. I absolutely love the pull chain lengthening part! So smart and looks elegant. The gold sparkles so pretty. It’s 16 inches with it fully length out. The tiny heart is so precious. A great gift for anyone! I haven’t worn them in the shower or in water yet but I have been wearing it 24/7 (take off for showers and swim) for a month almost and it hasn’t dulled one bit. I have sensitive skin as you can see I started turning red in the spot of the heart which is due to me moving it around and messing with it for this review however it never breaks me out. I have earrings from Pavo that have been in my ears for a year and a half flat backs and never took them out, only the backs edge had the tiniest bit of tarnishing just the edges not noticeable unless you look but hey that’s hella good for never taking off especially wearing in water salt water and pool water. This is really precious. Makes a great gift. I’ll probably buy a back up just in case. I’m also going to get one for my sister niece and mom

Delicate and lovely. I wore it every day for 18 months, taking off to shower and sleep; both the heart charm and the clasp are now mostly silver/without gold plating. Lasted longer than I expected. No skin issues from the underlying base metal. Update: After another 6 months, bringing me to a full 2 years of wearing every day and taking it off only for showers and sleep, I am starting to get a mild itch under/around the pendant when I wear it. Unsure if related but I will probably retire it now. For the cost, it did what I wanted it to for longer than I expected it would.

Good quality for the price! Slight discoloration and scratches after wearing for two years almost everyday and showering in it. Will be buying one as a gift for my sister soon and might get myself one with a different letter on it. No discoloring of my skin at all. Durable and has never broken. Chain size is a good length and the charm is a cute dainty heart that is perfect if you like simple necklaces. Again, I wear this almost everyday single day so I am impressed with how long it has lasted. Photo is how it currently looks two years in.

So I bought this adorable little necklace back in February because, let’s be honest, I saw that tiny heart with the clear initial and said, “Yep, that’s my personality in jewelry form.” At first, everything was great. She (yes, the necklace is a she) showed up looking shiny, dainty, and dependable. The chain was sturdy, like she’d been through some things but knew how to hold it together. I wore her everywhere - work, brunch, the couch (you know, the essentials). Then summer came, a mere 5 months later. And I, foolishly, treated her like a ride-or-die. I wore her while sweating.
