I bought this for my motor home. Sometimes you want light in places where there is no outlets or power. This is an ideal solution for that. Includes light (two sided- reading or spot), remote, magnetic bracket, screws and two 3M adhesive discs for screw free mounting. Everything is included to solve your lack of light. Light measures almost 3 inches across and almost 5 inches with the attached base. I found the remote to be helpful in adjusting the hue, brightness and type of light. Both sides of the light can work at once, bringing light to even the darkest corner of my bedroom. The description says flood or spot, but I think of it as reading/spot light and night/accent light, though the night light is kind of bright for a night light. The touch switch is nice. There's a power button for both the spot and flood and a touch-ball selector in the middle. Its great for selecting hue for the reading light. The flood/night light has just one hue and brightness, or maybe I was just clumsy with buttons. Light controls are super sensitive, which is good because you don't want to fumble around in the dark looking for buttons. Light has really nice magnetic bracket, so no tools are needed to remove light. Screws and adhesive are included to mount this to whatever surface you desire. This would be ideal for a camping type situation as well, so you can take the light with you to the bathroom or wherever and put it back when done. USB C power port is nice. Its nice that things are going to USB C. This means you don't have to have a special cable as most likely you can use your phone cord to charge the light. When its charging it has a red dot near the charge port. I haven't charged it fully yet to see if turns green or no dot, but when I do, I'll let you know. I like that it is full of features that I can use for different situations. I use it as a night light for a dark hallway. I like the remote. I like that it is rechargeable. I like that it has a swivel so I can position it however I want. And I like that it has two sides, which gives me two different modes and options for brightness, just depending on my needs. This is the 2nd Light like this I have and I liked the other one allot too. Bad: Touch controls on the body of the light are very ez too trigger by accident. A tad Slow too charge. Good: Very Bright on both sides. It has a "night light" on the back which has a clear lens. Frankly the backs more of a flash light then a night light. Many options on the frosted side of it for temp and intensity Good battery Life Interchangable with the other bas I have from the other light. Comes with decent double sided adhesive for mounting as well as 2 sets of hardware. Overall its a very good value and if your considering wiring a light into a hard too reach corner this may be just the ticket. I have said before about these that I think they are great options for boats and RVs. My bottom Line is this is worth the extra Buck in cost compared too its similar compatetion.
