You spend good money on something for your bike to get it and it doesn't even work. Steer far away from this. I haven't had time to install this until recently and when I do, it doesn't even work. The instructions are horrible and you can tell it's a foreign item that they don't know how to translate to English. This was a complete waste of money and even a more waste of my time trying to get it to work. Unfortunately for myself, I'm outside the return/refund window so I have an expensive paperweight instead. Again, stay far away from this. It's not worth wasting your time or money on.

After only 6 months the screen is showing signs of water damage. I only rode in very light rain, so there's no reason this should be damaged like this. Installation was a breeze for me, but I have a basic understanding of how wiring and electrical works. My husband thought it seemed pretty easy too, and he's never really worked with electrical before. Android Auto works great every time. Connects to my phone automatically and hasn't lost connection even once. Having a full time backup camera is great cause I see a lot more with that than with my mirrors. Controls are easy and straight forward. It's a great setup, but it isn't fully waterproof so -1 star. It hasn't interfered with functionality yet, but if it does I'll update this review.

I bought it to use on rental bikes during my travels, with USB power connection. But I was not able to find enough information about the power requirements. I connected on the USB port on my BMW R1250GSA motorcycle and did not work. I had to send it back. The size and proportion of the screen is very good, but, needs more information for better marketing. I could have use it.

When it worked, it was great! Sadly the head unit is registering random touches all the time, rendering it useless as it cancels navigation, skips tracks, or completely resets on its own. Had the unit only 6 months. Would love a replacement head unit, but there’s no way to contact the seller through Amazon. I’d stay away from this one.
