For the first few years after buying our new house in South Florida, we basically abandoned the front porch as it faced east, and the sun was just unbearable until it passed over the house around 2-3 PM. We instead used the rear porch as there was tree cover, and my wife had planted some lovely garden areas. After some discussion, we decided to put an aluminum roof over the front porch, as our family was growing and our little dogs, who could easily escape the rear porch area, could not get out of the front porch after we installed a dog gate. We looked at patio furniture for weeks, but just couldn't find anything we both loved. As happens sometimes on Amazon, you turn the proverbial page and "WHAM," there it is. It had everything we were looking for and more. The set comes in 5 or 6 different packages, which arrived over the next few days. Once we had them all, it was just a matter of putting them together, which I must say was pretty simple. No IKEA nightmares or extra parts left over. The wife and I had the whole thing put together in a few hours. Nowadays, it's one of our favorite places to congregate and visit with guests. I also need to mention that when we did face a problem, I had the pleasure of speaking with the nicest lady who had an amazing southern accent who went on to very politely explain that our problem was not really a problem, one of us (yeah, it was me) had installed the seat base upside down. She was so nice and insisted on staying on the phone while she described in detail just what I needed to do and walked me through the entire process. Talk about amazing customer service. The wife and I are already looking into replacing the furniture on the back porch, and there is no other company I would use for that project other than these fine folks.

Instructions for assembly are incomplete. Missing pages for glider assembly. One of the glider bases had a nut pulled into the frame from the factory. Lucky it was to use a spare bolt after cutting the one pulled into the frame off. A couple trips to the hardware store later and assembly is done. Recommend two people for assembly. Cushions as everyone has said , are maybe 2 inches thick for the backs. Swivel bases need to be greased to spin better. You need to watch on assembly of fireplace. Sides do not have top and bottom marked. I had to take it apart to make it right. All in all it isn't bad. Just have help to move the 7 big boxes.

This is a very nice patio set. It is comfortable to sit in and was fairly easy to put together. It’s very sturdy and I find the cushions are a good depth.

The frame is very cheap metal. They advertise the chair holds up to 400lbs. I weigh 270lbs and the frames bend when I sit in them. I currently have a new swivel base in route but now another chair is bending. I do not recommend any product from this vendor as they use very cheap metal.
