We are quite pleased with this set. It arrived in a bunch of large (including one huge) heavy boxes, and assembly is tedious and time-consuming. You will wonder how you got yourself into this project, but the final product is worth it (IMO). The directions are pretty Spartan, but on closer inspection are useful and accurate. The bolts and washers are nicely labeled. The bolts line up well with the bolt holes. The ratchet/wrench supplied works well (without it you would really be having a bad day). The plastic wicker is of high quality and well wrapped around all parts. The set is very attractive and looks like more expensive furniture. Be aware that the frames are steel and will certainly rust (probably quickly) if left outside in the rain or in very high humidity conditions. [I will be using this set in a screened in porch and am hoping for the best. Aluminum framed furniture is quite a lot more expensive.] The furniture is sturdy. The cushions are a little on the thin side but comfortable. The chairs glide and swivel nicely. That is not to say that this furniture is on a par with the high end products available at exclusive furniture stores, but I'm very satisfied with the quality and appearance of this patio set. We just set this up over the weekend due to cold weather. The quality of the furniture is outstanding. Very comfortable to sit on. I sprayed the cushions with Scotchguard outside protectant to keep dirt and grim off the cushions. I bought the brown wicker and cream cushions. My husband had no trouble putting these together. We love them. By the way the company has a fast response time if you need to ask them any questions. Your order will be shipped in several boxes over a few days so don't be alarmed if you don't get them all at once. Excellent company and beautiful furniture!!!!! ... show more

I purchased the brown rattan with cream / beige pillows, but it is truly white. The cushion fabric kind of attracts dirt and pet hair, which is worse when it's white. However the cushions themselves are quite nice and I purchased inexpensive covers and I've kind of prefer that since now I can take the covers off anytime and wash it. Honestly I love this furniture. The rattan it is really nice and the chairs seem quite sturdy. I think this will last a long time on my covered porch. The chairs are comfy, the couch is long enough to sleep on, it was easy to put together... I would definitely purchase this again. Just be prepared to get some inexpensive covers, but other than that absolutely no complaints and I would highly recommend it. ... show more

I actually loved this set. It went very well with the decor I wanted. It's very sturdy. Easy to clean off with a hose. Cushions have zippers on them so they can be washed if needed. We have half of the furniture assembled and I’m pondering disassembling the pieces we have together and returning it all. The holes do not line up well and it’s been a very difficult and time consuming process. The cushions may last 2 seasons. Also, be aware the the resin pattern on the fire pit does not match the rest of the furniture. It’s poorly represented in the photos. I wish I had just spent the little extra it would have cost and purchased outdoor furniture from a local retailer. Also, some of cushions have arrived with wrinkles in the material. ... show more
