My 7 piece set arrived in separate boxes, well packaged, clear and super easy instructions with all pieces and parts labeled and ready to assemble. Appears sturdy and well made so I’m hopeful it will last. The back looks a bit low but once you put the cushions on and use it, we found it to be very comfortable. In fact, I plan to order additional items to add to this set. Just a note, the seat cushions have ties to attach to the frame, the back cushions do not, so I may add some. Great value for a lot of pieces that look fabulous!! ✨

As others have stated, assembly is ridiculously easy and straightforward and needs minimal / no instructions. Purchased the aluminum set in hope that it will not disintegrate like PE Rattan in the sun. Longevity remains to be seen but they are comfortable, look good and more importantly very light which makes it easy to move them around. States a 400 lbs capacity but the aluminum frame does feel thin/light especially for the longer 3 seater - The single seater and 2 seater feel sturdy. Worth the money if it lasts a few years. Was a tad disappointed with the firepit table as it is PE rattan and the finish is not as good.

The chairs and firepit came right away There. There was a delay of about a week on the sofa. The company said it went out on time and was shipper error. I tracked the next box from them and saw that the company did indeed release the product timely but the shipper needed more than the originally disclosed time to deliver it. Not a big deal for such a nice set at a good price. Not hard to put together. I did the chairs and my teenagers did the firepit. A senior citizen did the sofa. I was having company so I put it together even though almost every chair arm came with a ding or rust spot! The company was great at responding fast.. They worked with me to resolve the issue quickly. I love that the cushions are firm! They were supportive enough for all the shapes and sizes of the family. I'm sure they will last WAY longer than the flimsy ones on other chairs. Very tall persons might say that the chairs are just a little low...but how many people are really that tall and feel that an inch makes that much of a difference? I love the set! This set integrated well with the old black iron outdoor dining furniture I have. Careful about covers, the one Amazon suggested as frequently purchased with my set contained a loveseat cover instead of a 3-seat sofa cover.

This is a great patio set for the price point. It is fairly well constructed and looks very high end. Assembly out of the box was simple enough for this "seniorish" lady to put together with ease in under 2 hours. No parts missing! The cushions are quite comfortable, and contrary to some early posts (or maybe because of them), the manufacturer has added ties to ensure that they stay in place on the chairs (apparently, early cushions didn't have ties). I purchased some wonderful patio furniture covers on Amazon that fit this set beautifully, and I do my best to keep them covered whenever rain or stormy weather is in the forecast. That said, there have been some occasions when I failed to cover them and they got wet from rain or the sprinkler, and the water beaded up on the surface so the covers dried very quickly. I would also recommend Scotchguard so that they are protected from spills and other typical outdoor messes (think birds!) The table top and chair arms are made of a resin-like material (not wood), but it looks like wood and it wipes down and dries up beautifully! My only issue was that when my set arrived, I noted that one of the legs on the love seat I received was noticeably bent. The legs are attached to the entire arm section of the furniture. I contacted Customer Service and explained the situation and provided photographs and requested that they replace just that arm/leg section so that I could replace/repair it, and they said they couldn't just send me that one single piece, so lo and behold, they sent me an entirely new love seat without the need to return the first love seat! They were very responsive and it arrived quickly. I wonder how well this set will hold up over time with extended use, but I'm optimistic that I'll get years of use out of this set and that it will hold up well under all weather conditions. I am very pleased with this purchase! Friends and family all rave over how beautiful and comfortable the set is! (NOTE: The set is for the furniture and seat cushions only. The throw pillows and table decor were all purchased separately - on Amazon as well!!!)

I cannot say enough positive things about this patio furniture. It could not be easier to assemble, it looks fantastic, it is study yet lightweight.. the cushions are thick and comfortable. Well constructed.. water resistant… the gray on the black frame looks awesome… the wood grain arm rests make it look rich. It’s one of the best buys I’ve ever made off Amazon. I got it on sale and could not be happier. We put it all together in just a couple of hours, found a nice deck rug on Amazon too and have the fire pit all set and ready for cool evenings! You will not be disappointed with this set! Just a note - it comes in multiple boxes and a couple boxes came one day and the last came a couple days later. Customer service was excellent when I contacted them for tracking info. Quick to respond and very helpful. PS… we have the glass shield for the fire pit, it’s just not installed in this video… just lit for effect. 😊
