This lift very easy to assemble and appears to be well made. I have used it once to change the blades on a zero-turn mower. With the lift under the front tires, the mower was raised straight up in the air (not on an angle as pictured). I preferred this as it made it easier to change the blades and I didn't have to worry about the deck possibly contacting the floor. Only downside is that only the tire on the lift screw side remains in contact with the lift when raised. I didn't have any problem with instability and used jack stands to take the load off of the lift when raised.

Taken over an hour trying to put this together. Directions written by 3 year olds. Horrible. Getting help from my son. Maybe he can understand crappy pictures and worse directions.
