I was looking for a mower that was a push starter. After watching a lot of videos on this mower I decided to give it a try. I am a weekly mower and our lot is just over a 1/4 acre, however my mowing area is not that much (house, garage, and lots of trees). I live in Florida and this year the heat as been terrible so I mow in sections of shade in my yard. I am able to get this done with only one extra charge on the batteries. The batteries charge time is great, giving me enough time to cool of from the heat. So my opinion on the little mower (16 inch). I would recommend this mower for anyone who wants or needs a push mower. It's cuts nice, easy to push, light weight and just great little mower this one gets the job done. Performance good Durability so far great but will see I have a lot trees and try to pick up all little branches. Value for money. It was bought on sale, but so far yes! Appearance. Cute bright blue Gas-free or gas mower it was all about the push start for me. However we do still have a self propel gas mower. My little badger is easier, easy to push and a lot lighter! I waited a while to write a review. Almost a year later and it's still getting the job done. I can completely the backyard on one charge if I don't let the grass get out of control. I have a lot of small tree debris and the mower cuts with no problem. The batteries take about 3 hours for a full charge. ... show more

i really like this mower, wish it came in a self propelled model. the run time and battery life is exceptional. the only downside to the mower is the small bagger, its just too small. i believe they could have designed the bagger to hold more grass. i would have given the item 5 stars , but one of the two chargers supplied with the mower is defective and i tried to reach customer service thru amazon and thro phone numbers given to me by amazon. but never heard anything from wild badger. customer service stinks. ... show more

Now after 4 mowings I want to share what I experienced. It is better than I deemed of. Powerful, light, two heavy ( means very good} batteries. I chose narrower version on purpose for better maneuvering ( 16") rounds but you will go your way of course. . For the money it is 5 stars. It has a booster! When you go over thicker grass it turns super charger or whatever it is named. The mulch bag is not big , should be checked often to be emptied on time or the mulch gets compressed and harder to get it out.... More... you get actually a charger for each battery, what is quite pleasing. So far, I used only half of batteries capacity. I just hope the machine would last for years ... show more

Dead. Cute mower & I was excited to use it. I charged the batteries & it make it 1' before it died. Thought maybe it needed to charge overnight. The longest row I cut was maybe 18'- dead. Nothing. Recharged- started up & died. So disappointed because I have grass growing beyond what a regular mower can now cut & I have to hire someone. Disappointed for sure. ... show more

I'd never mown a lawn,but when I saw a review from Grow Family Network, I was impressed. I was more impressed when I mowed a lawn for the first time in my life. It is great! Light weight, easy to maneuver and the batteries were fully charged. I was able to mow half the lawn (grass was a little high and damp after days of rain) before the battery died. Easy to get out of the box and into the yard! The batteries even came nearly fully charged, so I was able to try it out as soon as I installed the handle. I feel that this will be a perfect mower for my small yard and my older age. My gas-powered self-propelled Toro lost its self-propel motor, so I had to get a new mower. This one is quiet, light weight, and with the 2 batteries that came with it will mow my grass without needing to be recharged. Recommend! ... show more
