I bought the scanner for ABS replacement and programming. Have not yet used it for that purpose yet. Still waiting on the replacement module. As for the initial start up it was very quick. And it also works fast when reading codes so far. Overall I am pleased with this scanner. It may be my favorite from the other four I have.

For the price, it did exactly what I needed it to do. I accidentally removed the wrong fuse causing my air bag light on my dash to come on. This reset the fault code and saved me $$$ not having to go to the dealer. This will also allow me to reset the maintenance warning when I change my own oil.

Superior tool, this Launch exceed every aspect that i could think off, it has a vehicle coverage from brands i havent even heard off, special functions and active test in almost all modules, super big screen, amazing battery life, and thats only the main unit, the J2534 link is amazing on it own and with the long, really long ethernet cable it brings in the box you can program module with a stable internet connection from anywhere in the shop, super fast diagnosis, topology function is a plus as well, as you would expect from the price range is a Dealer level or more scan tool. im less than 25% into all the things this can do. Also very constant updates.

I have a low volt downstream oxygen sensor code and I’ve looked for 2hrs how to view live data. I cant find any help on the internet and very very little info to be found thats useful. This $1k+ thing is near impossible to navigate. I cant find anything technical to help me anywhere!!

Its a good product that allowed me to confirm a fault that was told to me by the dealer before I spent loads of $$ to replace the faulty part on my car. It showed up other faults that I was not aware of since I didn't feel it, so good for picking up early fault detection. The downside is that I could not scan all the car's functions as it did not have all the fault codes for all the different systems. ***UPDATE*** Following the comment above the customer service team at the seller contacted me immediately to understand the issues I had and offered options to resolve the issues. Customer service was A+++. The team explained that for my Audi the fault codes I was not getting was due to the system not detecting any faults. It was not that the system didn't have the code as displayed on the module. So in fact it works perfectly! Again I want to re-emphasise the service, this seller is recommended.
