This device has been put to the test over the past few days. I’ve used this for my first measurement, then checked on tape and it’s been on the mark every time. Complete transparency here: I’m not much of an instruction reader. Even still, in conjunction with the LED screen, it was easy to figure what each button did functionality wise. Overall works real well. I work in an architectural office. Its real nice to get overall dimensions of a room and its ceiling height without bending down or moving a lot. Rated 4 stars because i found it doesn't work too well outside. Doesn't seem to pick the laser beam too well to read.

USB chargeable, pocketable what more could you ask for. Use for approximate distances only though. (Quoting, estimating room size etc) Not to be a replacement for a proper construction tape if you are building something.

I had to replace a Bosch laser measurer which did fine but this device is SO much better. I doubt the actual accuracy is any better but this one is way more feature-rich and versatile.
