OK, so you're not going to be swimming in a 7 foot pool, but on a hot summer's day, this is perfect for a cooling dip. We have this situated on our patio, so it has a nice solid base. Actually we put a layer of AstroTurf under the pool and extending about 6 feet beyond to create a little oasis... it's perfect. The pump works well - I bought a bag of filter 'balls' for a few $$$ and run them through the washing machine. I also added a float-skimmer, which attaches to the side frame. You do need to pay attention to treating the pool with the appropriate chemicals - chlorine-shock, algaecide, stabilizer and ph up/down. But it's pretty simple to get it right. Pool has been a big hit this summer. Hopefully breakdown and storage for the winter will be OK. Don't see why it won't :-) ... show more

We bought the 5x5 pool.. This pool is so cute and perfect! My almost 3 year old loves it & so do I! Gets the job done when it’s so hot out. Love that it comes with a filter! Can’t beat the price. Very sturdy and easy to put together. A lot of friends and family that saw it was asking about it for their kids or themselves because it’s just so convenient especially that it doesn’t take up a lot of space. I wanted a small pool for my patio to cool off in on those hot days, or to even enjoy a cocktail in the evening. This pool was very easy to put together. Took less than a half hour for 2 of us. The pump works well, the only problem was the hose clamps it comes with are plastic and kept popping off. (reason I took off one star) Luckily we had some metal hose clamps on hand. Used those instead and they are working great. So that took some time to deal with but actually setting the pool up was easy. The liner is thick and strong. It can hold 3 adults, 2 very comfortably. I love this little pool, great for cooling off on hot days, without the large footprint. I have not had any issues with leaking as some other reviews state, but you will need to get 4 REAL hose clamps, as the ones included are basically a joke. Otherwise, very happy with this purchase. Takes under 10 minutes to assemble, and storage will be much easier for the winter because of it's size. Pump is so quiet, I never know if it is running, and I like the filter balls, easy to clean and maintain. ... show more

    • Pool is nice fittings dont seal properly
I have the slowest leak in the fittings and I am using it indoors. I would recommend buying shutoff fittings because otherwise the filter cant be changed easily

The pump filter is a little small... but did the job. I replaced it with a small sand filter pump and added a solar panel to it. with cover on this small setup, it gets to 100 easily. bad days maybe 90. sometimes after rain, it gets to 80. I have only had this thing running a week or three... Well built! Looks like it will last if I take care of it. But something like this can get trashed fast. I do think I would order another larger one in the years to come. I just float in it on weekends and get some sun. very relaxing backyard getaway. Two adults will float easily. Two people that don't mine touching each other... ... show more

    • Cheap and worked for a few weeks.
It was nice for the first couple of weeks but after that the pump blew. I’ve tried everything and I can’t get it to turn on anymore. I know it was $200 bucks but it should have at least lasted me through the summer. Waste of money and no customer support.

My first thought when I saw all the pieces was UGGG. However when I separated all the pieces, laid out the liner on a clean surface the process went extremely fast. I did have to use metal hose clamps for the hose connections because the provided plastic ones did not tighten enough but after that there was no leaking.
