My sister and I have had to straighten our hair since we were in our teens- probably before too, we just didn't know how to (our mother was never good at doing hair, as she always had short hair). We have a mix of Italian and a couple of other European ethnicities- that combined to leave both our heads with different textured frizzy hair (while my hair was bad, my sisters was the worst). We found that bristles exactly like the ones on this Dyson attachment- worked to straighten our hair the best. At first, I thought it was a brush because I had never seen an attachment for a hairdryer- with bristles that were so much like the ones we used to straighten our hair. This attachment fits and works on the Dyson Airwrap wonderfully. This is a larger bristle attachment than the norm- and it works very much like the larger straightening brushes I had- although on the Dyson Airwrap, it's a million times easier straightening your hair and my hair turns out much nicer. Plus, I no longer have to use chemical straighteners on it. As you can see in my photo of the attachment- I can't even wrap what my husband agrees are normal-sized hands around half of the attachment. I am very pleased with this new accessory for my Dyson air wrap system. This round brush attachment is a bit larger than the original round brush attachment that comes with the air wrap kit. I find that it allows me to style larger waves and curls in my hair than the original attachment did. It connects to the Dyson air wrap system seamlessly. You can’t even tell that it’s not the Dyson brand. It works flawlessly with my air wrap and it has quickly become one of my favorite attachments for it. I am curious to see how this brush holds up over time - but so far - no complaints at all. My hair looks so silky after styling it with this brush. Definitely a great accessory for the Dyson air wrap system.

I ordered this to use with my existing Dyson. I like the size of this barrel for a nice large loose curls. It does not snap into the base fully but so far has been working well enough.

I was looking for a larger brush for Dyson, larger than their original brush, this one is 3" wide and it's exactly what I was looking for! I fits my airwrap perfectly, didn't slip didn't fall during the usage. This attachment allows me to dry my hair faster and also helps me to create a nice desired volume. It gets a little warm during the usage but works fine.

I'm always a little wary of off-brand accessories for brand name hair products, but this volumizing brush works really well. My hair is usually thin and flat, and this brush adds so much volume and bounce to my hair. My only slight issue is that this brush is on the heavier side compared to the brand name standard attachment. I've gotten used to that and it no longer bothers me. I think this brush is a great economical version to the more expensive brand name attachments for the Airwrap.
