Great chair, I love it! So I have been chair shopping for about a year, my recliner had seen better days and was starting to hurt my back when I sat in it. I found several chairs that I could have bought but they all had something that kept me from pushing the buy button. Either mixed reviews or chairs that lacked some of the features I was looking for kept me on the fence. I went to lazyboy and sat in a chair that had everything I wanted but it was $2000. Then I found this chair, I'm so it has all the features I was looking for, it heats. massages,swivels and glides. Best of all the Stuffing is firm but soft and cushiony, the arm rests are well cushioned, the chair is very comfortable to sit in. And that is the point. Now regarding the bells and whistles they are pretty fabulous too. The massage isn't just a single stage /position it travels up and down your body back butt arms and legs and has several settings, also i like the massage motor isnt very loud, i have sat in some the motor is so loud you cant hear tv unless it is blaring. The heat is a wonderful addition too so relaxing. The rocker and swivel work great. I need the rocker to make it easier to get up and out of the chair I thought maybe the Rocker glider swivel would be to much and make it unstable to get out of. Happy to say not a problem. The box came on time via Fedx looking a little beat up but the chair and all its parts were undamaged. It was very easy to put together! I'm a 71 yr old woman and it only took about 20 minutes. Hardest part was getting the base over to where it belonged (its heavy) everything else was a peice if cake.

Received this power rocker recliner a few days ago. Have been sitting on it for many hours reading and watching TV and really enjoyed it. My wife and my son loved it too and we always fought for it lol. First of all, it's well packaged and super easy to install. I only spent 5 mins to get it installed and ready to use. There are two wires hanging in the back though, so I bought a wire organizer to make it look nicer. Just a reminder that the cable length is limited so don't rotate too much otherwise you might break the cable. I also like the style and material of this recliner. The style matches my sofa and coffee table very well and for the first time my wife did not complain about my taste.. Material is very soft. I can sit in the chair very comfortably read kindle or watch TV. The massage function is easy to use and feels good. It's definitely worthwhile to have the massage function at this price. My wife really likes the massage function and she uses it almost everyday. Overall, this is a decent recliner with massage function at a good price. Definitely worth the money.

First, if you must chance this, it is $100 cheaper at Walmart and they offer free returns, unlike this seller The measurements on this recliner are close to 2 inches off for each section. This recliner was too small for my sister who is 5’4”I don’t believe it would be comfortable for anyone taller 5’2”. This is supposed to be a rocker recliner, however, when you recline it in the slightest, it will not rock. Also, it is a swivel chair and it is impossible to keep it from swiveling, meaning that you must have your feet on the ground, holding it in place to keep it from rotating around. The fabric was nice, however, the box it arrived in was completely destroyed. I could not get the heat to work, but the massage feature was like a cheap vibrating hotel bed and just as loud. Nothing like what you would expect from a massage chair. Even though this product does not meet the description as advertised, and does not work correctly the seller will not pay for a return. They only offer a discount to keep, which is stupid. Why would anyone want a chair that cannot be used. Bottom line the seller does not stand by their product, leaving the consumer out the cost of the chair or an exorbitant cost, more than the chair, to return the product back.

1. The company has the best customer service. I have never had any company online respond so fast as they did. I contacted them late in the evening. I needed a new motor - bad wire. The next morning my replacement part was ordered. They used FedEx for shipping, so I had it in just a few days. 2. I have had the chair for a little more than 30 days. It's wonderful. Very comfortable. The heat is a very nice bonus. The massage works to help with relaxing. The swivel and rocking features take an ordinary recliner to the next level - fun and soothing motion. 3. It was pretty easy to put together by myself. It's super cushiony, so takes a little effort to push the arms in place, but that was the hardest part. Make sure you allow room for the cords to move. Great recliner. You won't be disappointed.

I love this chair. I researched the heck out of recliner chairs on Amazon and read all the reviews and I’m glad I landed on this one. It’s really good for the price. It’s extremely cushy and hasn’t lost its plump in the 7 months I’ve had it. I don’t feel a frame under my butt. It’s puffy but supportive. It doesn’t rock while reclining but that just seems dangerous. The heat feature is great on my back, the vibrations feel stronger in certain modes. I wasn’t expecting an amazing massage chair at this price point, but I do find the vibrations in certain modes are soothing. It was very easy to put together. I like the side pockets for books and remotes. It’s built well, and hasn’t shown any signs of failure or weakness so far. It’s not as ugly as some chairs like this, is cute and kind of cartoony in its small but wide footprint. I love this chair, I love ending my day with my sore back curled up on it. I’m 5’2”, so it’s the right size for me, taller folks may find their feet dangling off the footrest when reclining.
