1. The company has the best customer service. I have never had any company online respond so fast as they did. I contacted them late in the evening. I needed a new motor - bad wire. The next morning my replacement part was ordered. They used FedEx for shipping, so I had it in just a few days. 2. I have had the chair for a little more than 30 days. It's wonderful. Very comfortable. The heat is a very nice bonus. The massage works to help with relaxing. The swivel and rocking features take an ordinary recliner to the next level - fun and soothing motion. 3. It was pretty easy to put together by myself. It's super cushiony, so takes a little effort to push the arms in place, but that was the hardest part. Make sure you allow room for the cords to move. Great recliner. You won't be disappointed.

I love this chair. I researched the heck out of recliner chairs on Amazon and read all the reviews and I’m glad I landed on this one. It’s really good for the price. It’s extremely cushy and hasn’t lost its plump in the 7 months I’ve had it. I don’t feel a frame under my butt. It’s puffy but supportive. It doesn’t rock while reclining but that just seems dangerous. The heat feature is great on my back, the vibrations feel stronger in certain modes. I wasn’t expecting an amazing massage chair at this price point, but I do find the vibrations in certain modes are soothing. It was very easy to put together. I like the side pockets for books and remotes. It’s built well, and hasn’t shown any signs of failure or weakness so far. It’s not as ugly as some chairs like this, is cute and kind of cartoony in its small but wide footprint. I love this chair, I love ending my day with my sore back curled up on it. I’m 5’2”, so it’s the right size for me, taller folks may find their feet dangling off the footrest when reclining.

I love the chair! Everything is exactly as described. I could not be happier with it. I am only giving 4 stars today due to the packaging upon delivery. The top of the box was completely torn. Every side of the box had damage. The plastic wrap around the chair was torn open with the fabric exposed. There was a small area “ a scuff” on the fabric. It’s truly not that noticeable. I feel the packaging could have been of a better quality but I also hold FedEx responsible. They dropped the chair in an open box in the middle of the driveway near the garage door and left it. Never rang the doorbell to let us know the chair had arrived. We just stumbled upon it. I feel FedEx mishandled the shipment. I saw another review with a similar issue. Sellers may want to reconsider who they are using for their shipping carrier service.

Great chair, I love it! So I have been chair shopping for about a year, my recliner had seen better days and was starting to hurt my back when I sat in it. I found several chairs that I could have bought but they all had something that kept me from pushing the buy button. Either mixed reviews or chairs that lacked some of the features I was looking for kept me on the fence. I went to lazyboy and sat in a chair that had everything I wanted but it was $2000. Then I found this chair, I'm so it has all the features I was looking for, it heats. massages,swivels and glides. Best of all the Stuffing is firm but soft and cushiony, the arm rests are well cushioned, the chair is very comfortable to sit in. And that is the point. Now regarding the bells and whistles they are pretty fabulous too. The massage isn't just a single stage /position it travels up and down your body back butt arms and legs and has several settings, also i like the massage motor isnt very loud, i have sat in some the motor is so loud you cant hear tv unless it is blaring. The heat is a wonderful addition too so relaxing. The rocker and swivel work great. I need the rocker to make it easier to get up and out of the chair I thought maybe the Rocker glider swivel would be to much and make it unstable to get out of. Happy to say not a problem. The box came on time via Fedx looking a little beat up but the chair and all its parts were undamaged. It was very easy to put together! I'm a 71 yr old woman and it only took about 20 minutes. Hardest part was getting the base over to where it belonged (its heavy) everything else was a peice if cake.

My recommendation is to NOT buy this recliner. It is advertised as Overstuffed. It is anything but. This review is only for this chair. I cannot comment on any other product. The foot rest has little to no padding. The two massage units stick up so high it is impossible to find a place to put your legs without feeling the pain from the massagers (even when turned off). It’s like resting your calves on two bricks. The company’s suggestion is to push the massagers down but with no padding there is no place to push them. The second suggestion is to use cushions to make this new chair feel better. The second problem is the arm pads do not reach down far enough to cushion the wooden frames so my leg and hip rests against this wooden frame, very uncomfortable. The company only says that the chair is built to specifications. So while I tried to let the company know there is a problem, I received no satisfactory options. The 30 day return window had closed. This chair was delivered January 27, 2025.

Not that great. still can’t put the arms on but they responded to my concerns and offered me a parched refund didn’t really understand what I was saying yes to this chair is horrible the arm will not stay on so you can’t sit in it and get back up safely I am stuck paying for a chair I can’t use Don’t waste your money not worth it I would pay to return this .

It only took me five minutes to install, even without checking the instructions! It's very comfortable, and the vibration is mild and interesting! My wife can sit in it all day! The USB port is handy for charging cell phones. That's a plus!
