I like this chair and it is said to have weight capacity of 400 pounds which is hard to find. The fabric is more patterned (mottled appearance) than expected and there is no massage on back, only on legs which I did not see before ordering. We are pleased with the look, feel and quiet movement of the chair. Set up was super easy. We did need help getting the boxes into the house. They weighed roughly 24, 38, and 89 pounds. ... show more

Seat back broke within the first three weeks and now leans back so far it is unfit to use. There is also something poking its way up from the seat bottom. Amazon just runs me in circles with links that keep taking me to where I started and i have not found a way to contact the seller.
