I ordered this clock for a Christmas gift. When it arrived it was damaged. I immediately requested a replacement, an additional 3 weeks for it to arrive and it too was damaged. Now I have 2 damaged clocks to return and waiting for a refund. I should have just bought locally.

This clock is quiet -- we replaced another large clock that you could literally hear the tick, tick, tick, in our bedrooms. SO, we finally decided to try another one -- big change, big difference. You notice the large clock and rustic looks from across the room. Definitely makes a statement. Ours arrived in great condition -- although I think some blemishes add to this type of look. The numbers can be read easily from the other side of the room - that's the best part. I liked the look for sure, but the wood is cheap and the packing material left an imprint closer to the top in the center and by the# 6 is scratched in the wood.
