The clock by itself looks good, but in terms of functionalities it has a major drawback. The black clock arms completely blends with the black cross bars that support the dial. It makes it extremely hard to locate the clock arms and know the time. Also the minute hand and hour hand sometimes becomes indistinguishable. Lastly, after the purchase I have seen clocks on other stores which are better looking and functional at 40% the price of this clock. This clock is definitely not worth the price. ... show more

If you're looking for a clock as an accent piece, then this clock would be perfect. Looks nice and functional. But I do find it hard to read and it is not being they are Roman numeral numbers. The vertical and horizontal lines through the center makes the hands hard to see, especially if looking at the clock from an angle. Some folks mentioned the clock coming with bent hands, batteries died, or too loud. I didn't find any of this to be the case. The clock arrived non-damaged and it functions perfectly on the same set of batteries for several months now. The clock is also silent. I don't hear any noise coming from the clock. ... show more
