The coop is easy to assemble and lightweight. The supplied zip ties are a joke and will easily snap if pulled tight and wouldn't prevent a predator from getting in. We used some wire that we bought from the hardware store to secure the chicken wire instead. I made a sled out of 2x4 lumber to add some weight to the cage and to allow us to easily pull it to a new location every day. Even with the added weight of the sled the wind picked it up and rolled it over. To prevent that we would drive some t-posts into the ground and rope the cage down. This got old really quick since we move it daily so we purchased some earth screws on amazon and now use my impact driver to secure the entire coop to the ground with one on each corner. Over all the coop is great for the price and I was able to easily modify it to my specific needs. It will take two people about 4-6 hours to completely assemble. The chicken wire takes forever to cut and secure to the frame but the frame takes approximately 20 minutes.

I was somewhat scared to buy one of these due to many general bad reviews about these enclosures but this one was everything I was looking for including a better than average price. The shipping was quick, the metal is sturdy and easy to assemble for the most part. I really have no complaints. The chicken wire is coated and there is more than enough which I was surprised about and it’s strong enough in my opinion. I hung up wood sticks on it and the chickens get up on them and it’s not broken. I got this because my chickens normally free range but we had a fox attack and I just don’t want them hurt again. So this is more of a temporary (6mo-1yr solution). I will then incorporate it into a permanent solution when we have everything situated. You have to cut the chicken wire to size and then zip tie it together. There are plenty of zip ties. I would prefer a plastic zip tie honestly. The metal ones are rough on your hands and not as easy to tighten but i would still buy this over again. Ok ok one complaint- the door “lock” kinda blows and falls off sometimes but that’s all!! Im sure I’ll come up with something else and with an enclosure like this make sure they’re secure at night in their coop in case something digs under it and inside the enclosure unless you add hardware cloth into the ground which I will do at a later time.

The only thing I don't like about it is the door latch, a pretty cheap piece of tin. Everything else is SUPERIOR to anything you'll find at the big box stores for the same or higher price. Stable, good metal, nice mesh, does the job. I put it together myself in just a few hours, though the metal zip ties do take some time.

Love the run. The door is great. Being able to just open the top part is convenient when you don't need the whole door open. Wish it did have a latch on it though for when you do open the door that you could just open one whole door instead of two pieces. Other than that, it's nice and sturdy. Haven't had any problems

It does not come with any form of flooring if you’re looking for that. Delivery was prompt although shipping was outrageous. We found it easier to put together if you run the wire all the way around the bottom and then do two pieces lengthwise rather than three over the top. It made the wire more stable with less seams. We also used baling wire to put the seems together. One solid piece from end to end on each seam. We just wove it through the two pieces where the wire meets.

The metal wrapping is thinner than chicken wire. It bends and snaps easily, allowing both your animals to escape and predators to be let it. We’ve had to reinforce it several times in the last 3 months we’ve had it. Plus it’s already rusting which causes it to tear easier. We’ve essentially had to replace all the wrap for a heavy duty chicken wire. Lost our first flock of chickens and 2 bunnies due to the horrible quality of the product.
